Study On Talent Training Mode Of Agricultural Technology Extension In Tianjin City

The talent based on education plays the key role in realizing the developing agriculture concept of innovation,coordination,green,development,share,building a new socialist countryside and realizing rural revitalization.On the basis of existing research,the paper takes problems of training mode of agro-technical popularization in Tianjin as the research object.According to analysis the domestic and foreign agricultural talents training mode,it builds scientific and perfect training mode of agro-technical popularization.First of all,on the basis of literature research,I research the meaning of the concept of talent,agro-technical popularization and agro-technical popularization talents training mode,through the study of human capital,adult learning and other theoretical knowledge,to determine the research scope of the training mode of agricultural technology popularization in tianjin,and provide theoretical support for its optimization and improvement of talent team capacity.Second,according to analysis current training mode of agro-technical popularization in Tianjin,promotion agency Settings,talent structure and current situation.Through the form of questionnaire survey to understand tianjin agricultural technology extension personnel training mode in the agricultural technology extension talent team evaluation.The statistical data of the questionnaire were analyzed with the method of multiple linear regression,and the evaluation of the existing agricultural talent cultivation model by the agricultural technology popularization talent team in tianjin was mastered.Again,through literature research,we can draw lessons from the experience of typical foreign countries and typical domestic regions to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of the training model of agricultural technology popularization personnel in Tianjin.Finally,analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Tianjin in the cultivation of agricultural technology extension talents,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the training mode of agricultural technology popularization talents in Tianjin,from the angle of strengthening top level design,strengthening the basic quality structure of talents,strengthening policy guidance and improving the training mode of talents.The author hopes to provide reference for the cultivation of agro-technicalpopularization talents by the agricultural department of tianjin,improve the effectiveness and practicability of the cultivation of agro-technical popularization talents in tianjin,and hope that agro-technical popularization talents can serve agriculture better.
