At present,China is at a crucial stage of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.How to accelerate the transformation of agriculture and realize agricultural modernization is a new historical mission entrusted by the party and the central government in the new era.In 2017,the "No.1 Document" of the Party Central Committee clearly proposed "structural reform of the agricultural supply side,strengthening the drive of scientific and technological innovation,and strengthening the promotion of agricultural science and technology",which pointed out the direction of China's agricultural development at this stage,and also ushered in a broader prospect for the agricultural experimental station base.Under the support of enterprises,universities,and scientific research units,the agricultural test station base has developed rapidly,but there are many problems in the development process of the agricultural test station base,such as the unclear status of the test station base and the backward management mechanism.This paper systematically analyzes domestic and foreign agricultural test station bases by referring to literature and research methods,and puts forward development ideas and countermeasures for the corresponding problems,and finds a road suitable for the rapid development of domestic test station bases.It is of great significance to strengthen the promotion of agricultural science and technology,promote the conversion of agricultural science and technology achievements,and drive the development of agricultural economy and increase farmers' income.This article takes the Jianghuai Watershed Comprehensive Experimental Station of Anhui Agricultural University(hereinafter referred to as the Jianghuai Watershed Experimental Station)as the research object.We first explained the definition,classification,function and basic characteristics of the agricultural experimental station and the development status of domestic and foreign agricultural experimental stations,and then introduced relevant planning and designing methods and principles.Next,the location,geographic conditions and planning background of the Jianghuai Watershed Experimental Station were analyzed on site,and the SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the Jianghuai Watershed Experimental Station base.Immediately after,the Jianghuai Watershed Comprehensive Experimental Station was planned and designed in detail from the aspects of landscape,industry and spatial layout,and detailed construction contents were compiled.Finally,the overall benefits of the test station are analyzed,and the operation mechanism and guarantee measures of the test station are proposed.
