University students are in transition period of growth and very vulnerable to the external temptation and interference.Thus they need to develop their own outlooks on world,life and values through great care and guidance from university counselors.As one of the numerous domestic colleges and universities,most of the students of Shandong J University are still in the adolescence,with poor abilities of the temptation resist and self judgment.And meanwhile it's easy for them to be self-lost due to factors such as network.As the direct managers and ideological educators,the management and education activities of counselors of Shandong J University also become more difficult.In education careers,the moral qualities,professional knowledge,responsibility senses and service abilities of counselors of Shandong J University are required gradually strict.Through the deepening research on the incentive mechanism for counselors of Shandong J University and establishment of long-term incentive mechanism,work enthusiasm and working abilities of counselors of Shandong J University can be improved,and steady development of counselor team can be kept.Firstly,in this article,points were discussed including theoretical significance and practical significance of the research on incentive mechanism,related concepts and relevant incentive theories of counselors of Shandong J University;Secondly,by methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,etc.,a comprehensive exploration was to made to the establishment and improvement of the incentive mechanism for counselors of Shandong J University,and the current incentive mechanism for counselors of Shandong J University was analyzed;Once again,the current problems existing in the incentive mechanism for counselors of Shandong J University and the causes of these problems were further researched and analyzed.Finally,the research results of incentive optimization mechanism for counselors of Shandong J University were concluded based on theoretical foundations,and list the safeguard measures.This article was hoped to provide realistic guidance and reference to the perfection of incentive mechanism for counselors of Shandong J University,and certain helps to the researches on incentive mechanism for counselors of other universities.
