Dongsheng District, Ordos City, Eight Primary Scholarly Research On Practice Of Campus Culture Construction

Abstract/Summary:
Culture can be the soul of one school and the source of its cohesiveness and vigor. A scholarly campus construction has been a key element for the culture construction of one school, and has also already been a central issue for research nowadays at initial stage. Most papers expound their views on theory bases like keeping telling the importance of changing concept.In this paper, the author is applying the method of empirical research, taking No.8 Elementary School of Dongsheng district, Ordos for example. By making summary of the scholarly campus construction project operated in the school, first analyzed the problems with it and then formulated a series of rectification measures. It is aiming to enriching the theoretical research, equipping the school management theory,and what`s more important, arousing the attention of school administrator for the scholarly campus construction issue.This paper goes with four main chapters.The first chapter introduced the background of research. Including the motive, journals review and the structure of the thesis. The journals review concluded several parts: worldwide research review, and the definition of “Culture”, “Campus culture“, “Campus culture construction”,”Scholarly campus”.The second chapter applied the method of action research, investigation, and case analysis to introducing the present situations of scholarly campus construction for No.8 Elementary School of Dongsheng district, Ordos, which is to sharing the whole-readiing concept, creating a strong atmosphere of reading, conducting various reading activities, focusing on reading in class and carrying out an effective evaluation project.The third chapter discussed the existing problems and the possible solutions for it.The last which is also the summary chapter introduced the achievements this project had already achieved. The author gave her own views on the future construction of a scholarly campus.
