In this research, the “scholarly campus” means to advance the Quality Education, deepening the reform as a goal, under the instruction idea of life-long learning, and to help the students to develop the habit of keep reading. We are aiming at enrich the knowledge structure with rich connotation and distinctive characteristics campus cultural environment. Emphasizing on people orientated educational philosophy and form high grade school based on culture. In this research, we adopted looking up the documents, processing interviews, questionnaire survey method, and use the mathematical statistics methods on the “scholarly campus” construction experience of Harbin south road Primary School.Through summarize and profound reflection, we promoted the construction strategy of “scholarly campus”, and hoping could provide good experience for the same construction program of other schools. The research is mainly includes the following parts:The introduction presented the search background, goals and significance; “scholarly campus” construction progress of schools all around the world; the study object and research methods.Chapter 1 is the present condition investigation of Harbin south road Primary School’s construction of “scholarly campus”. The investigation includes: the basic situation; the students’ reading habit and interests; cultural activities; and school educational features and philosophy, etc.Chapter 2 is the conclusion of Harbin south road Primary School’s “scholarly campus” construction experience. We analyzed the core guiding ideology, specific construction measures and the timeliness of the program.Chapter 3 put forward the construction strategy of “scholarly campus”. We offered specific solving measures and advice on school level, family level and social level. On the school level, we should enhance the organization system, hardware facilities and activities procedures of “scholarly campus” program. On the family level, we should build up “scholarly Family” to strengthen the contact between school and families, in order to build a platform for scholarly families. On the social level, build the scholarly communities, exert the radiation and leading role of communities, and realize the communication and cooperation between communities and schools.
