With the in-depth development of the mobile Internet,the integration of social media and mobile clients has been continuously improved.The social media represented by Weibo and WeChat has a very high market share,which promotes the change of information dissemination pattern and network public opinions.There are many related factors in environmental issues,and the public awareness of environmental protection is increasing.The focus on physical and mental health and environmental livability is high.Therefore,environmental public opinion events are related,sudden and harmful.In the emergency response of environmental public opinion incidents,information dissemination,media reports and public opinion fermentation play an important role in the handling of incidents.Once the public opinion is improperly guided,many rumors will emerge.public opinion events related to the environment will become the trigger point in a short time.The social media with WeChat and Weibo as the core provides people with a variety of media voice channels and becomes a gathering place for public opinion of all walks of life.The continuous development of social media has impacted the dominant position of the traditional media,and the participants in environmental public opinion events have become more diversified.The spread of environmental sensation events and the intensity of communication have also changed.The constant changes of social media have put forward higher requirements for the handling of environmental public opinion risks.How to do a good job of social media guidance in environmental public opinion incidents,and avoid unnecessary losses in the process of environmental public opinion risk transmission will become network public opinion An important topic of guidance.This paper takes the environmental public opinion risk in social media as the research object,through the analysis of environmental public opinion related data and the statistics of "11·28 Zhangjiakou explosion accident",defines and classifies the environmental publicopinion risk,analysis of the characteristics of environmental public opinion risk in social media.The characteristics of the situation,from the content,communication,disposal behavior and other aspects of the formation of environmental risk factors,while using the zhiwei data,U media and other public opinion monitoring software on the "11·28Zhangjiakou explosion accident" related data analysis.Through the official government's public opinion on the incident in the "11·28 Zhangjiakou Explosion Accident",the media sorted out the relevant information on the incident and other aspects,from the main body of communication,communication channels and interactive behaviors.The characteristics of the propagation are analyzed.Through the analysis of the relevant elements of environmental public opinion events,the HHM grade holographic model is used to construct the evaluation criteria for environmental public opinion risk assessment.In order to provide a certain reference and assessment ideas for the identification of environmental public opinion risks,and at the same time,by combining the characteristics of social media with the characteristics of environmental public opinion risk,the prevention strategy of environmental public opinion risk in social media is proposed,which is the risk of environmental public opinion Disposition provides a new reference perspective.
