The Management Research On Entrepreneurial Base Of Private University

For recent years,there is an increasing number of graduated students from domestic colleges.In the year of 2016,the amount of graduated students from domestic universities is more than 7,700,000,so that the employment situation is more severer than past three years.In December 2015,according to ?The report of population and labor problems in China? issued by The China Science Academy,there is a highlight problem that graduated students?peasant worker and some citizen unskilled labors are hard to be employed.The increase of graduated students' employment pressure made the authorities paying much attentions to university students innovative undertaking and their employment,which more and more preferential policies aimed to support the university students innovative undertaking and their employment have been publiced,since 2007.Under this background,the non-state run colleges all over the country answered the call of national policies to create various innovation parks.However,the improvement of innovation parks' amount is not accompanied by the high quality and good effect.Most of them did not under the proper management,as a result,there is a disorder phenomenon in innovation parks' operation management as well as the mode of innovation parks' management.Therefore,the author bases on the example of Zhengzhou Science and Technology University to take research on the operation management of college innovation park via the advanced management experience of innovation park at home and abroad.Through this research,the author wants to take some suggestions to the management of innovation park which created by non-state run universities,so that they can make their operation management better.In this article,the author firstly gives a summary of the research background and the present research situation of innovation parks' management in non-state run universities.And then,the author analyses the practical significance of national policywhich encourage mass to start a business and bring forth new ideas to the problems and suggestions about management of non-state run universities' innovation park.Secondly,the author gives an objective account of relevant theories about innovation parks' operation management.Finally,by analysing the present situations of innovation park in Zhengzhou Science and Technology University,the author find that there are many problems on its operation management of innovation park.For instance,its entrepreneurship education breaks away from practice,the entrepreneurial teams are short of effect motivation system and the entrepreneurial projects are short of quantitative performance evaluation.ect.To conclude,for one thing,this paper puts forward some advices to help non-state run universities to improve their operation management of innovation park.And it also states a trinity management mold of non-state run university from a macro piont of view,which include school-orient,university-industry cooperation and government assistance.For another,the author illustrates how to build a information platform and a deliberate culture for innovation park.Last but not the least,the study summed up the shortage and difficult of innovation park's establishment and operation.All above are provides practical reference for innovation park's sound performance in non-state run universities.
