| The "Guidelines for Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" was promulgated in August 2017.Among them,six practical paths to implement "Lide and cultivate people" are clearly put forward,that is,through six aspects of "collaboration,activities,courses,management,culture,and practice".This paper attempts to investigate the current situation of moral education activities carried out by individual schools under the content and requirements of "education through activities",identify the problem and analyze the cause,and propose targeted strategies to promote them to better carry out and enrich moral education activities.Taking Tianjin D primary school as a case,this study mainly adopts the mixed research method,conducts a questionnaire survey on school managers(9),teachers(42),and students(342),and uses SPSS21.0 statistical analysis to compare with this.At the same time,through in-depth interviews with 44 people,it is found that there are the following problems in the development of moral education activities in the case school:first,the perspective and authority of adults are everywhere,and there is a lack of children’s position;Second,teacher-student relationship is unequal,and emotional care is lacking;Third,the form is rigid and the tension of life is insufficient;Fourth,management and administration are generalized and not targeted;Fifth,the activity design is unreasonable and the effectiveness is not high.By objectively analyzing the deep-seated reasons behind the reality of the problem,the author obtains the following five points: first,the generalization of education management administration;Second,managers pay attention to efficiency;Third,teachers are separated and lack skills;Fourth,the activity design is lack of interest;Fifth,lack of activity evaluation.Therefore,the author proposes five strategies for improving school moral education activities: first,stick to the position of children and understand the needs and characteristics of students;Second,elevate the concept of moral education and teachers’ moral education ability and give full play to teachers’ specialty;Third,show the interest and life of moral education activities and try to practice children’s philosophy;Fourth,flatten management and reduce administrative generalization;Fifth,give consideration to the design and evaluation of moral education activities,Strengthen the effectiveness of moral education activities. |
