Near these years,with the economy continuous development,people’s income levels has been continuing to grow,and parents are paying more and more attention to their children’s education.As a result,many industry reports and experts have indicated that the education and training market has great potential market.As an education industry training institution based on the professional channel of radio and television,JWL Education Industry Development Corporation faces opportunities and challenges.Therefore,how to maintain its own competitiveness in such a market situation is a problem worth studying.Based on Porter Five Forces model,this research studies the status quo of JWL education industry development company and analyzes the competitiveness of JWL education industry development company’s main operational projects.Suggestions for improving the competitiveness of operational projects.Firstly,through literature review,this paper points out the effective role of Porter’s five-force model in improving enterprise competitiveness.Secondly,it expounds the development history and current situation of JWL Education Industry Development Corporation,and analyzes its main operational projects in detail.Then,this research points out the reasons for the weak competitiveness of the company’s main operating projects.Finally,based on the existing problems of the main operating projects of JWL Education Industry Development Corporation,this paper gives targeted optimization measures to improve the competitiveness of the project,thereby helping JWL Education Industry Development Company to maintain their competitive edge and have a place in the fierce market.
