| In recent years, the ski industry has gradually developed into a significant part of the sports tourism industry under the influence of national policies.Since 2010,the General Administration of Sport of the People’s Republic of China has made "the expansion of the North ice to the South and the west" as the essential content of the medium. In which condition,long-term planning of winter events, and subsequently put forward the "sports industry scale of more than 5 trillion" in 2014,as well as the policy call of driving 300 million people to go to the ice and snow in2015,the skiing industry has developed rapidly.Skiing tourism products have become representative products with exceptional characteristics and broad development space in the sports tourism industry. The skiing tourism industry has also become an essential part of the sk iing industry.Sports and tourism have both characteristics,so its industrial position is more and more specialized.Under the background of the rapid development of the skiing tourism industry, the analysis of driving force, competitiveness, advantages, and disadvantages of skiing tourism development is particularly critical.Although some scholars have established an index system for the whole sports industry and evaluated its competitiveness, there is not a systematic and complete evaluation index syste m for the current research on the ski tourism industry.Especially for the southwest of China, its natural conditions are far inferior to those of the north, and ice and snow resources are not abundant. How to make better use of its advantages to develop skiing tourism industry under the guidance of policies, and how to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of skiing destinations in the southwest need to be solved. Therefore, based on the study of competitiveness theory and the revised "Diamond Theory," this study hopes to establish the index evaluation system of the skiing tourism industry by using a series of research methods such as field survey,Delphi, entropy and case analysis, and to use the real data of nine skiing tourism destinations in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan provinces in Southwest C hina Through empirical analysis and test,an objective, practical and scientific evaluation index system of skiing industry is established to make a valuable exploration of skiing tourism industry in Southwest C hina. This paper consists of seven chapters:Chapter one explains the background of this study. And also explain the necessity of this research on the integrated industry of skiing tourism. The purpose and overview of this study have also been described in this chapter. The second chapter mainly combs the literature, divides the industrial competitiveness theory into the traditional industrial competitiveness theory and the industrial agglomeration theory, and makes a detailed review.Secondly,it combs the current research progress of C hina’s ski tourism industry. Finally,it focuses on the research of the ski tourism industry in Southwest China, and through the literature review, the theoretical gap of this study has been found. The third chapter defines the concept of competitiveness of the ski tourism industry and elaborates on the theoretical basis of this study. The fourth chapter mainly writes the whole process of the competitiveness index evaluation system of the ski tourism industry.Firstly,it exp lains the three principles of the evaluation system construction.Secondly,it defines the six factors that affect competitiveness evaluation in detail, explains and explains their relationship. On this basis, the evaluation index system is constructed, the subdivided evaluation elements and the weight of the evaluation index is determined. The fifth part makes an empirical study on the data collected from the field survey of nine skiing tourism destinations.Firstly,it explains the selection of samples.Secondly,it processes and calculates the data, and finally gets the different performance of different destinations in different factor dimensions. The sixth part is the conclusion of the whole research and makes a detailed analysis of the competitiveness of skiing tourism destination. The seventh part is the summary of the research deficiencies and future research and further research prospects. |
