At present,my country’s economic development is in a period of industrial restructuring and economic growth shifting.The state encourages and supports the development of the sports industry,and the role of the sports industry in the development of the national economy has become increasingly prominent.The sports service industry is the core body of the sports industry,and a substantial increase in the competitiveness of the sports service industry is the main content of the high-quality development of my country’s sports industry.Through the development and expansion of the proportion of the sports service industry,the effective increase of domestic demand for sports consumption will help alleviate my country’s current employment pressure,help further accelerate the adjustment of my country’s economic structure,and improve the quality of the national economy and the quality of operation.However,the degree of development of the sports service industry is closely related to the level of regional economic development.Today,there are significant differences in the development of sports service industries in different regions in my country,and this imbalance is gradually expanding.Throughout many places in China,the development of the sports service industry is relatively lagging,and it is difficult to form an effective synergy with the development of developed areas of the sports service industry.This not only restricts the accumulation of capital in the sports industry,but also restricts the effective development of the sports market,thereby affecting the speed of development of the entire sports industry.As my country’s current research on the competitiveness of the sports service industry has not attracted due attention,so far there are few systematic and in-depth analyses on the competitiveness of the regional sports service industry,and there is a lack of a necessary theoretical framework and scientific and accurate analysis.The evaluation index system of China has formed a sharp contrast between the extreme scarcity of research on competitiveness of my country’s sports service industry and the prosperity of research on competitiveness of other industries at home and abroad.Based on the above background,this research uses the "diamond model" analysis of industrial competitiveness as the theoretical analysis framework,and uses the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,principal component analysis method,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics method,etc.Research methods,and on the basis of following the internal mechanism and operating mechanism of the development of the sports service industry,the first is to analyze the key factors that affect the competitiveness of the regional sports service industry;the second is to analyze the factors of production,demand conditions,supporting industries and relevance The six dimensions of industry,corporate strategy,market structure and peer competition,government and opportunity have constructed a regional sports service industry competitiveness evaluation model with 13 evaluation indicators;the third is to use the relevant data of the Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai regions in 2015 and 2017.An empirical analysis of the evaluation model not only conducted preliminary exploratory and innovative research on the competitiveness of the regional sports service industry,but also put forward specific suggestions and opinions on the development status of the regional sports service industry.Through the above analysis,the following main conclusions are drawn: First,about the effective construction of the evaluation model.1)Pearson’s correlation test and unary linear relationship effectively solve the problem of inaccessibility of statistical data and lack of data,and avoid the objective differences and human subjective judgment differences due to inadequate development in various regions;2)Full consideration The use of relative indicators and absolute indicators to avoid double interpretation of evaluation indicators due to objective differences,so as to screen out the core evaluation indicators and the most representative evaluation indicators of the same type;3)Principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process The comprehensive application of "subjective judgments verify objective results,and objective results support subjective judgments" is a benign closed loop,and it also verifies the scientificity and rationality of the construction of the regional sports service industry competitiveness evaluation index system.Second,about the main conclusions of the empirical research.1)The overall development level of the sports service industry in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai is relatively good,but the uneven development within the region is obvious;2)The vertical comparison of the time dimension helps to optimize the resource allocation of the sports service industry;3)The horizontal comparison of the six major factors,It helps to clarify the development direction of the sports service industry;4)The comprehensive comparison of the time dimension and the six elements helps to tap the competitive advantage of the sports service industry.Third,suggestions on enhancing competition in the regional sports service industry.1)Attach importance to the expansion of industrial scale and do a good job of strategic positioning of the enterprise;2)Strengthen the integration of industries and optimize the structure of the sports industry;3)Improve the government’s regulatory power and refine the types of inputs.
