The 19 th National Congress clearly stated that the cultural self-confidence is the foundation for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.At present,local governments are also promoting the excellent Chinese traditional culture.The importance of cultural self-confidence is undoubted.The characteristics of school-based curriculum development make it becomes an effective way to cultivate students to be confident in culture.Therefore,the development of school-based curriculum from the perspective of cultural self-confidence has become a new research direction.This study takes the paper-cut school-based curriculum of primary B school in Changsha as an example,and uses literature analysis,case analysis and interview methods to study it,and tries to explore the current situation and problems,and then,proposes an effective countermeasure to solve the problem.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the reason for the topic,the significance,the methods and the literature review.It sorts out related literature about the culturalself-confidence,school-based curriculum development at home and abroad.The second part mainly expounds the four basic characteristics of cultural self-confidence-oriented school-based curriculum development.The goals of school-based curriculum development highlights the subjectivity of cultural self-confidence,the content of school-based curriculum development highlights the inclusiveness of cultural self-confidence,and the implementation of school-based curriculum development shows the orientation of cultural self-confidence and the evaluation of school-based curriculum development contain the development of cultural confidence.The third part takes the paper-cut school-based curriculum of the Primary B School in Changsha as an example,and analyzes the current situation,existing problems from the aspects of concept understanding,teaching material orientation,teacher strength and evaluation system,and explore the reasons from the school and off-campus,among which,the factors of self-confidence awareness,the cultivation of cultural self-confidence mechanism,multiculturalism,the synergy of family,school,and social are analyzed synthetically.The fourth part proposes strategies to promote culturalconfidence-oriented school-based curriculum development based on the existing problems,such as teaching situation,school-based curriculum development content,student practice ability and support system,aiming at improving school-based curriculum development to improve students' cultural confidence.
