Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Parents' Cost Sharing In Private Kindergartens In Hunan Province

Preschool education is the cornerstone of Chinese educa tion and the beginning of the life of tens of thousands of young children.It is not only an important foundation stag e of the education system,but also an important part of Ch ina's basic education.Regardless of our country's billions of children,or the future development of the family,soci ety and the country have a far-reaching and significant imp act.The number of private kindergartens in our country has exceeded the number of public kindergartens,accounting fo r most of the kindergarten education in our country.As the mainstay of preschool education in our country,our provin ce also occupies an important position in the cause of priv ate preschool education.As a supplement to public preschoo l education,private kindergartens have made outstanding co ntributions to our province.The sharing of educational cos t among parents of private kindergartens has always been a hot topic in society.The problems of "difficulty in enteri ng kindergartens" and "expensive in entering kindergartens" also have a bearing on the happiness of tens of millions of families in our province.Although our country has promul gated the Interim Measures for the Management of Kindergart en Fees,there are still many unclear details in the actual fees of private kindergartens in our province.At present,the classification of private parks in our province is sti ll not clear,and the fees only need to be put on record by the government.The fees of many non-rated parks vary grea tly,and the fees of private high-end parks are more expens ive.The development of inclusive private parks in various regions of our province is not enough,and the inclination to remote areas needs to be strengthened.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the related research of predecessors and combining with the actual sit uation of private kindergartens in Hunan Province,this pap er compiles the Questionnaire on the Current Situation of P arents' Cost Sharing in Hunan Private Kindergartens and the Visiting Outline on the Current Situation of Private Kinde rgartens' Cost Sharing in Hun According to the development gradient,30 private kindergartens in three districts of ou r province were selected.Questionnaires and interview outl ines were used to conduct the survey.From the point of view of quantitative research,this paper investigates the str ucture and quantity of parental education cost sharing in p rivate parks in our province,and makes a comparison betwee n private parks of different grades and urban and rural are as.Then it analyses the factors that affect the cost-shari ng of private kindergartens' parents' education in our prov ince,and discusses the current situation.Based on the und erstanding of the present situation and the advanced experi ence of other countries and regions,the actual situation o f our province and the needs of the parents of private kind ergartens in our province,this paper puts forward some sug gestions on the construction of a reasonable cost-sharing m odel for parents of private kindergartens in Hunan.
