Developing inclusive private kindergartens has become the top priority in the field of preschool education in China.It not only guarantees the construction of a number of quality and quantity kindergartens,but also solves the basic livelihood problems and lays a solid foundation for the cause of education.For this reason,this paper takes the inclusive private kindergartens in Nanchang as the research object,and makes an in-depth investigation on 21 different levels of inclusive private kindergartens and 3 public kindergartens by using the methods of documentation and investigation,so as to understand the average cost and sharing situation of kindergarten students from the perspective of the head of the kindergarten,government personnel and parents.Through clarifying the cost items of private parks,clarifying the cost-sharing proportion and forms of the inclusive private parks in Nanchang,this paper tries to provide suggestions for optimizing the cost-sharing status of the inclusive private parks.The results show that the average cost of non-governmental garden students in Nanchang is lower than the standard fee,and the average cost structure of non-governmental garden students in Nanchang is unevenly distributed.However,the present situation of cost-sharing of inclusive private kindergartens in Nanchang shows that the proportion of cost-sharing is analyzed and the family carries the banner.Analysis of forms of sharing: Kindergarten fees are miscellaneous,and invisible income is significant;government subsidies are single,and the actual effect is difficult to implement.Comparing income and expenditure,the income situation of running the park is good;analysis of sharing ability: the sharing ability of preschool education of urban residents in Nanchang has been guaranteed,and the sharing ability of Nanchang municipal government has been steadily improved.Based on the above research,several suggestions are put forward: to refine the average cost of students,to set flexible cost range;to optimize the cost sharing system,to balance family education expenditure;to improve the policy of fund for running a garden,and to ensure that the government achieves the minimum cost.
