Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Teaching Laboratory Building In Zhengzhou University Aeronautics

In recent years,with the rapid development of the domestic construction market,the use of construction project bidding system is more and more widely,the function of the system is to make a standard construction market competition,but in terms of reality,and still a lot of nonstandard part,which to a certain extent,affect the effectiveness of the present bidding system.Article based on the current domestic bidding project bidding with the college reality understanding,combined with domestic construction engineering bidding practice of colleges and universities,to explore the zhengzhou air courtyard teaching lab building project construction engineering bidding work of a series of problems,and based on the perspective of the tenderer to carding,analysis of the typical problems,clear the harm and reason of these problems at the same time,to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper used the literature analysis,full collection,nearly five years related to this topic of literatures,the article expounds the basic theory and basic concept of required,and then on the basis of these documents,in order to own the new teaching lab building engineering as an example,summarizes the status of the project bidding stage management,management mode and management process,analyzes the existing problems,and then based on the analysis of the above problems,to clear the problem causes,and puts forward some corresponding Suggestions and measures,to give zhengzhou air courtyard building project bidding management methods and some reasonable Suggestions on the solution of the problem.Research tried to pass on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign construction project bidding theory,combined with its own characteristics in colleges and universities in China,from the specific case,analysis the problems and the reasons,for infrastructure construction project bidding management work in colleges and universities some Suggestions and ideas,to improve of construction project management level in colleges and universities to provide some references and useful.It is hoped that the problems can be effectively solved from the perspective of the management of the competent government departments and the standard management of the tenderee,so as to promote the orderly development of the bidding and tendering work.
