In recent years,the tertiary industry has achieved rapid development.Under this background,the country's economic situation can be reflected by the development level of the country's tertiary industry.At this stage,China attaches great importance to the optimization of industrial structure,and is committed to further improving the development level of the tertiary industry,and promoting the improvement of the national economy through the development of this industry.The human resources service industry is subordinate to the tertiary industry,the human resources service industry can promote employment and entrepreneurship and promote the market-oriented allocation of human resources.In the 2011 National Economic Industry Classification,“Human Resources Service” appeared,indicating that the human resources service industry has been recognized and affirmed by the state and has become an integral part of the national economy.Therefore,since 2015,human resources service companies have been listed one after another,and more than 90% of listed human resources listed companies are listed in New Over-the-counter Market.The development of the industry is naturally inseparable from the development of the enterprise,and the competitiveness of the enterprise is the fundamental source of survival and development of the enterprise.In the face of fierce market competition,companies can only lay a solid foundation for sustainable development by enhancing their competitiveness.Due to the emphasis on the competitiveness of enterprises and the research hotspot of service industry research,many scholars take the service industry as the research object,study the competitive components of a certain sub-sector,and the relationship between the composition elements of a certain enterprise and competitiveness..Among them,the executive team is the internal builder and the decision maker of major decisions,and is the main source of enterprise competitiveness.At the same time,the executive team is also a reflection of the soft power of the enterprise,which determines the rise and fall of the enterprise.However,for authority and hierarchy differences,it is the deep-rooted authoritative thinking and hierarchy that makes most members of the organization more sensitive to it.Therefore,when studying the senior management team of HR service listed companies,it is necessary to take into account the difference between the superior and the subordinate relationship,that is,the relationship between the chairman and other senior management team members.Based on the above considerations,this paper will take the new three-board human resources service listed companies between 2016 and September 2018 as the research object,and establish the enterprise competitiveness evaluation system to evaluate the competitiveness of human resources service enterprises.Furthermore,it explores and analyzes the relationship between the five vertical feature differences of the executive team and the competitiveness of the company.On this basis,based on the general phenomenon of most corporate executives holding shares,exploring the equity balance affects the relationship between the two institutions.Produced in the study found:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between the degree of vertical age difference of top management team and the competitiveness of enterprises;(2)the degree of vertical gender difference of top management team is negatively correlated with the competitiveness of enterprises;(3)the degree of vertical tenure difference of top management team is negatively correlated with the competitiveness of enterprises;(4)equity balances have a positive moderating effect on the relationship between the vertical age of top management team and the competitiveness of enterprises.(5)Equity balances have a positive moderating effect on the relationship between the degree of vertical tenure difference of top management team and the competitiveness of enterprises.(6)Compared with the enterprises whose chairman does not concurrently serve as senior managers,the enterprises whose chairman concurrently serves as senior managers can better exert the influence of the top management team on the vertical difference of characteristics.This paper studies and analyzes the relationship between the vertical difference of the executive team and the competitiveness of the enterprise from the perspective of relational method,and studies the influence of the equity balance on the relationship between the two,and broadens the research scope of the executive team and the competitiveness of the enterprise.At the same time,the author also combines certain non-financial indicators for analysis.it is more reasonable to assess the competitiveness of enterprises.
