Since China’s reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises in China’s rural area have been developing rapidly, and has become an important force in the construction of new socialist countryside. The existence and development of rural small and medium enterprises play a positive role in increasing fanners’ income, improving the employment pressure and alleviating the "three rural" issues.With the advent of the new economy, enterprises are facing more intense market competition, the external environment is becoming increasingly complex, more and more enterprises are facing legal risks. New environment for enterprise human resources management put forward new requirements. But due to the relatively remote geographical location, the weak development foundation, the relatively low staff quality and other reasons, rural small and medium-sized enterprises still maintain a backward mode of human resource management and thus faces great legal risks, which severely restricted and affected the development of rural small and medium-sized enterprises. The legal risks of human resource management exist in recruitment, training, compensation, performance, employee relations and other management part, is one of the major risks in the process of enterprise development. In recent years, labor dispute cases has increased rapidly. How to prevent and find a proper countermeasures and give full play to the human resources management, and promote better and faster development of enterprises is the focus for the leaders of rural small and medium-sized enterprises and the human resources managers.Through analysis of the problems existing in the small and medium-sized enterprises in rural areas, we try to find out the possible legal risks, and put forward some targeted countermeasures. Meanwhile, give some practical proposals for the human resource management practices. Hope the article could provide useful reference and help for the human resource management of the rural small and medium-sized enterprises.
