| As the connecting point between basic education and higher education,high school education is a very important stage in the whole education system,which has a decisive influence on students’ future life and lifelong education.At present,high school students on the one hand bear the heavy burden of schoolwork;On the other hand,their independent thinking ability,creative design ability,hands-on ability,teamwork ability,ability to survive and live and other aspects of the burden have shown serious deficiencies,the burden structure of students shows obvious unreasonable,unbalanced phenomenon.The imbalanced burden structure of high school students seriously restricts their comprehensive quality development.So,how to establish a reasonable burden structure for high school students? In the face of this confusion,the author takes M senior high school in Zhengzhou as the research object.Through investigation and analysis,the author has an in-depth understanding of various burden situations of the high school students in this school,and analyzes which burden is overweight,which burden is too light,which burden is lack of,and what is their real view of their own burden.At the same time,on the basis of referring to the research results of others,the author thinks about and sorts out the obtained materials,analyzes the reasons for this result,and then puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the burden structure of high school students.This study divides the burden structure of students into three dimensions and six aspects: physiological burden and psychological burden,receptive burden and research burden,activity burden and discipline burden.The physiological burden and psychological burden were mainly investigated from the aspects of sleep time,rest time,make-up class,learning difficulty and interest in learning.Receptive burden and research burden are mainly measured and observed by teachers’ teaching time,free time after class and independent thinking time.Activity burden and discipline burden are mainly measured and observed through the proportion of activity course and discipline course,comprehensive practical activity course,experimental course,etc.Through this survey,the author found that the structure of the schoolwork burden of M high school students is extremely unreasonable.According to the results of the questionnaire,while the physiological burden,psychological burden,receptive burden and discipline burden of the high school students are too heavy,the research burden and activity burden are too light,and the schoolwork burden structure is seriously out of balance.The reasons for the imbalance of high school students’ schoolwork burden are complex.This study believes that the imbalance of schoolwork burden is closely related to the single evaluation system of the educational administrative department,the non-standard school curriculum,the quality of teachers and their ideas,and the students themselves.The optimization of high school students’ schoolwork burden can start from the reform of education evaluation system,the standardization of school curriculum,the improvement of teachers’ education ideas and methods,the enhancement of students’ independent learning ability,and the completion of students’ mental health education and career planning education. |
