Volleyball is a popular sport among students.Through the teaching of volleyball class,students can learn volleyball knowledge,master volleyball skills,and cultivate tactical awareness.At present,the university public sports volleyball class teaching continuation of traditional teaching methods,focus on teachers ’one-way output,teachers in teaching theory knowledge,emphasize technology,demonstration and a lot of repeated practice,is unfavorable to arouse the enthusiasm of students’ active learning,cannot form good independent motivation,leading to students lack of innovation ability,is not conducive to the improvement of technical level and the cultivation of tactical consciousness.In order to improve the teaching quality of public sports volleyball in colleges and universities,this paper explores the application effect of the teaching method(TGFU: Teaching Games for Understanding)(hereinafter referred to as TGFU)in the teaching of public sports volleyball in colleges and universities.Taking the application of TGFU teaching method in public sports volleyball teaching in colleges and universities as the research object,and the two classes of public sports volleyball option class of Changchun normal university as the experimental object,the teaching experimental research of volleyball technical level,tactical consciousness and autonomous motivation of the two groups was conducted for 12 weeks.At the same time,using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistical method and other research methods,To explore the teaching effect of the TGFU teaching method,The study is mainly conducted from the following three aspects: First,Curriculum design and teaching plan of the TGFU teaching method,This is the basis of the whole study;second,Effect analysis of TGFU teaching method on volleyball skills and tactical consciousness in university public sports volleyball class,It is mainly to analyze the results of the test of volleyball skill index and tactical awareness index;third,The characteristics of students’ autonomous motivation in public sports volleyball,The difference of independent motivation before and after TGFU teaching were analyzed mainly by questionnaire.The results indicate that:(1)Design the experimental group teaching plan and teaching plan according to TGFU teaching method and literature materials,so as to ensure the close combination of games,competitions and teaching content,and this scheme has strong operability.(2)TGFU teaching method is effective in improving students’ volleyball skills,but the performance in improving the pass is not obvious.(3)TGFU teaching method can significantly improve students ’awareness of volleyball tactics,and has a more significant effect on improving students’ standing position,choice,technical performance and cooperation consciousness.(4)In terms of stimulating autonomous motivation,TGFU teaching method has more significant effect on improving students ’enthusiasm to participate in physical education and extracurricular sports activities,and more significant effect on improving students’ awareness of exploration and discovery activities.However,the influence of the two teaching methods on the students’ physical education knowledge level is not significant.(5)Suggestions: in teaching,mobilize students ’willingness to learn actively,pay attention to the full development of students’ physical and mental quality,improve their skill level in physical exercise,cultivate students ’independent thinking habits and tactical consciousness,enhance students’ overall sports ability,and mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students to participate in sports activities.Combined with the advantages of traditional teaching methods,we can learn from each other to improve the teaching effect,and lay a good foundation for lifelong physical education. |
