Based on the continuous deepening of physical education reform in China's colleges and universities and the development of "Internet +",this paper takes the opportunity of deepening reform of physical education and actively explores the current cutting-edge and new teaching methods.Combining the current situation of public sports martial arts classroom teaching in colleges and universities,taking the influence of the effect of flipping classroom teaching on martial arts classroom teaching in Xi'an Vocational and Technical College as an example,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method to study "flip" Research on the Influence of Classroom on the Effect of Martial Classroom Teaching in Colleges and Universities.In this study,students of the second-year computer major of Xi'an Vocational and Technical College were selected as the experimental research objects.32 male students in the computer group were selected as the control group,and the control group was selected as the experimental group.32 male students in the second class were selected as the experimental group.The group uses flip classroom teaching.Through the comparative analysis of the martial arts learning situation,martial arts performance evaluation,martial arts classroom participation,and martial arts classroom satisfaction,the experimental group and the control group students found that the influence of "flip classroom" teaching on the martial arts classroom teaching effect and tradition in ordinary colleges and universities There are some differences in the influence of teaching on the effect of martial arts classroom teaching.Combined with the 16-week martial arts classroom teaching experiment,the relevant conclusions are as follows: the flipping classroom teaching has a significant impact on the martial arts learning situation of college students,and flipping classroom teaching can help improve Students' martial arts skills scores and compliance rates,flipping classroom teaching will help to improve the classroom participation of students in martial arts learning,flip classroom teaching will help improve the classroom satisfaction of students' martial arts learning;combined with the conclusions to make relevant suggestions: continue to explore the martial arts of ordinary colleges and universities Flipping classroom teaching and introducing the flipping classroom teaching method in college martial arts classrooms need to adopt various aspects of teaching evaluation,paying attention to the diverse evaluation of students,and teachers should further improve the professional level of flipping classroom information technology.
