With the deepening of the reform of college PE teaching in our country,the teaching mode of physical education is constantly innovating.Flip the classroom teaching mode,from today's modern scientific teaching mode,not only has the technical skills education function of traditional sports teaching,but also can make up for a lack of professional sports teaching in class time,the problem such as demonstration action to breakdown,can fully mobilize the students learning enthusiasm and initiative,stimulate students' learning autonomy.This study uses a series of research methods,such as data statistics and experimental research,on the basis of the feasibility of the flipped class teaching mode in the teaching effect of martial arts class.It takes 72 students of 2016 classes,two classes and three classes of physical education at the College of physical education of Shanghai Normal University as the experimental objects.In this paper,before and after the experiment,the physical fitness indexes such as sitting body forward flexion,left hand grip strength,long jump,sit ups and vital capacity were tested respectively,and the special quality of the stick and the special skills of the elementary stick were used to explore the influence of the flipped classroom teaching on the academic learning effect.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The use of the "flipped classroom" teaching model can improve the physical fitness of students;(2)The use of "flipped class" teaching mode can improve students' skill in martial arts skills;(3)The use of "flipped class" teaching mode can fully adjust the enthusiasm of students for martial arts learning;(4)The use of "flipped class" teaching mode can be used Increase the frequency of interaction between teachers and students.The results showed that the flipping classroom teaching model had a significant influence on the physical fitness of the experimental group.The front flexion of the sitting body increased from 12.05 + 9.38 to 13.76 + 8.26(p<0.01),and the left hand grip strength(kg)increased from 44.67 + 5.96 to 47.97 + 6.61(p< 0.01),and the right hand grip strength(kg)increased from 47.04 + 7.15 to 49.54 + 6.26(p<0.05).Significant differences were found in the elevation jump(CM)from 2.53 + 0.16 to2.63 + 0.14(p<0.01).The elevation was 39.17 + 6.51 from 36.08 + 9.12,and(p<0.05)had significant difference,and the vital capacity(ML)increased from 5291.67 +795.38 to 5356.88 + 730.94(p<0.05).The special quality of the experimental groupwas 10.63 + 0.77,and the special quality of the control group was 9.29 + 2.06,with a significant difference(p<0.05).The special technique of the experimental group was18.10 + 0.43 over the control group.The special technique was 7.49 + 0.80,with a very significant difference(p<0.01).79.65% of the students think that the overturned classroom teaching mode has some novelty,74.67% of the students are willing to try and explore according to the arrangement of the teachers;61.34% of the students think that pre class preview is challenging,83.76% students are involved in classroom teaching and the coordination between teachers and students is pleasing to the body and mind,and 75.21% of the students are interested in the whole mode of overturning the classroom teaching.24 students completed the class participation in 100%,and the application of flipped classroom teaching mode can effectively improve students' participation in sports class.Suggestions are made for combining martial arts classroom with flipped classroom teaching mode:(1)Further discussion and Research on the new model,prolonging the time of experimental teaching and increasing the sample size of teaching experiments;(2)After implementing the flipped classroom teaching mode,we made a comprehensive evaluation of students' preview,participation in class and after-school practice;(3)To strengthen the teachers' letter in the specialized course.Interest treatment and application ability.
