The physical education major carries the responsibility of cultivating martial arts teachers for primary and secondary schools.It is the main platform for the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese excellent culture.It can be seen that improving teaching effectiveness has realistic and historical significance.The Secretary of the Party Committee and Minister Yuan Guiren of the Ministry of Education made a report entitled "Promoting the modernization of education and upgrading the education level of the general public to play a key supporting role in building a well-to-do society in an all-round way," stressing that the promotion of education modernization will enhance education for all.This article introduces the integration of micro-class and flipped classroom teaching into the general martial arts curriculum.The purpose of the research is to help students learn more efficiently than traditional teaching.Teachers and students exchange and cooperation,students' academic performance,teaching content preservation,teaching quality and teaching effectiveness.Promote.This article will use the content of the junior boxing routine of the martial arts general course of Wushu College of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education as the content,making it a micro-class and sharing it to the online teaching platform.Pre-students complete teaching tasks,teachers collect feedback on learning,moderate adjustments to the learning process,and improve teaching effectiveness.In this paper,40 classes of ten-week interventions were conducted for the experimental class,and the main research methods such as literature data,questionnaires,and experiments were used.Evaluation of teaching quality methods: The first is to compare the performance of the subjects before and after the experiment and the performance level of the drills.Second,after the experiment,the questionnaire was sent to the experimental class.After the experiment,the quality of the teaching and the level of drills,the questionnaire data analysis,the results of the study show that;1.There was a significant difference between the final routine performance of the experimental class and the comparison table,and the average score of the experimental class was 8 points higher than that of the control class.The standard deviation was 3.8 points behind the experimental class and 8.4 points behind the control class.The distribution of the results of the whole class at the back of the experimental class is small,and the distribution of the results of the whole class at theback of the control class is large.It can be seen that the teaching of micro lessons and flipping classes is more reasonable than traditional classroom teaching.2.90% of the students agree with the teaching effect of the model.The experimental class has completed the teaching task well during the entire teaching process.The post-test score assessment students are distributed in the 80-90 section.After the normal student of physical education major enters the post,this teaching video and action will be his teaching material.It can be seen that this teaching model is conducive to basic teaching and is conducive to teacher training.3.Micro lessons have given top students more time to study and observe and enhance their personality in martial arts.Visible,to meet the teaching theory and the requirements of constructivist theory,leaving more time for students to learn,layered teaching,teach students in accordance with their aptitude.4.Shoot excellent works to share on the online teaching platform.After class,there is a good topic and it is beneficial for students and teachers to communicate.Students in the micro-classroom have different understanding of the movement specifications,and the students communicate with each other to improve self-knowledge.It can be seen that the small work display can cultivate students' self-confidence and cooperation spirit among the students.
