| China has developed rapidly in politics,economy,culture and other aspects since the 21 st century.The university education is also undergoing development and transformation,which aims to cultivate high-quality talents to adapt to the rapidly developing era.The essence of education reform is to transform traditional teaching mode into the mode of training innovative talents in the new era,with physical education reform being an organic component of the education reform.Sports have been endowed with new connotations in the process of its development as the result of integration of society,politics,economy and culture.Sports can not only improve people’s physical quality but also promote people’s moral,intellectual and physical development,which will improve people’s physical and mental health greatly.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to develop sports vigorously to improve the health of the people.Wushu which is an excellent cultural and traditional sport in China,occupies an important part in the national fitness.In order to promote the inheritance of martial arts culture,the Five-Year Plan for the Development of Chinese Wushu(2016-2020)formulated by the State General Administration of Sports in July 2016 recommended that a wide range of Wushu education be carried out in primary and secondary schools and universities,and improve the level of teachers.It aims to increase the number of young people practicing Wushu by 10% and promote the inheritance of martial arts culture vigorously.College martial arts class is the key to inherit martial arts culture and to train teachers of primary and secondary schools.At present,there are relatively few professors of Wushu culture in undergraduate teaching and students have little time to learn Wushu knowledge in their spare time.Therefore,it is necessary to make use of students’ spare time to encourage students to learn cultural knowledge and to cultivate the ability of practical operation.The Ten-Year Development Plan of Education Informatization promulgated by the Ministry of Education(2011-2020)provides new ideas for the reform of Wushu curriculum in Colleges.Based on the rapid development of network technology,information technology should be used to make the teaching of Wushu curriculum in colleges informatization.After referring to the literature,we found that there were few studies on the Wechat public platform to assist classroom teaching,especially to assist Wushu teaching.Therefore,we designed the Wechat public platform for College martial arts class to assist teaching and to test the application effect of Wechat public platform in college martial arts class teaching,so as to help students master skills and cultural knowledge.It will provide new ideas for the reform of other sports teaching.We mainly adopted the methods of documentation,Delphi and teaching experiment,and took the design of Wechat public platform and the effect of assisting Wushu teaching as the research object.And we carefully analysed the problems existing in the current Wushu teaching through interviewing experts and using Delphi expert questionnaire to design the Wechat public platform.Students in Sports College of Hebei Normal University was chosen as the research object and the data of teaching experiments was analyzed.The conclusions are as follows:(1)A first-level indicator were obtained which included two parts after distributing three rounds of expert questionnaires to 20 experts in martial arts and physical education.The two parts were in-class and out-of-class in turn according to the weight proportion and the framework was established.Three-level indicator system was formed and a complete Wechat public platform scheme was designed based on the framework.(2)There were significant differences in the mastery of Wushu cultural knowledge and autonomous learning ability between the experimental class and the control class by analyzing the experimental results of the application of Wechat public platform in Wushu teaching.The mean value of experimental class was better than the control class and it showed that it enhanced the learning of Wushu cultural knowledge.(3)There was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in terms of learning enthusiasm and classroom atmosphere.The mean value of experimental class was better than the control class and the experimental class had a better understanding of technology than the control class.(4)No significant difference was found between the experimental class and the control class in the performance of three sections of long punch and 24 style taijiquan in mastering technology.But the effect of the experimental class was better than that of the control class.(5)The students in the experimental class were satisfied and interested in the content design of Wechat public platform in the college martial arts class teaching,which was conducive to the realization of the "In-class and out-of-class integration" model. |
