The purpose of this study is to study the changes of physical fitness, aerobic ability, anaerobic ability and muscle strength of female basketball players in Xi'an Institute of Physical Education before and after 12 weeks of core strength training, and to explore the influence of core strength training on their physical fitness and its possible mechanism,so as to provide theoretical reference for guiding sports training.Research methods:1.Aerobic capacity test:using the power bicycle incremental load exercise model, using one breath after one breath test method to test. The subjects sat on the power bicycle wearing respirator and heart rate meter, measured the gas metabolism index in quiet state, and then completed incremental load exercise on the power bicycle. The initial load is 60W,the speed is 60r/min,each stage load lasts 3 minutes, and then each additional 30W enters the next stage load until the athletes can not maintain the predetermined speed after efforts. The test results were summarized as test reports after automatic analysis by gas metabolism analysis system.2.Anaerobic capacity test:According to Wingate's requirements and procedures of anaerobic power test, the load is set to 0.075 kg*body weight.3.Isokinetic muscle strength test:Before the experiment, the subjects were asked to do preparatory exercises;the test was carried out strictly according to the method prescribed in ISOMED2000 Isokinetic Tester Manual. The centripetal velocity of lumbar back, knee joint, hip joint and ankle joint was fast?angular velocity 180degrees/s?.After each part of the test is completed, relevant data are recorded.4.Physical fitness test:S-shaped dribble,50 meters,3200 meters,17 turn-back runs,T-shaped test. The experimental results are as follows:1.After 12 weeks of core strength training,VO2,VCO 2,VO2/HR,VE and RR in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before training?P<0.05?,TV and VEO2 were slightly higher than those before training?P>0.05?,dead zone/tidal volume was significantly lower than that before training?P<0.01?,VEO2,PCO2 and PO2 at the end of expiration were slightly lower than those before training?P>0.05?;VO2 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group?P<0.05?.VEO2,physiological dead zone/tidal volume were significantly lower than those of the control group?P<0.05?.2.After 12 weeks of core strength training,VO2,VCO2,VO2/HR,VE,RR and TV in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before training?P<0.05,0.01?,RR and VEO2 were slightly higher than those before training?P>0.05?,physiological dead zone/tidal volume was significantly lower than those before training?P<0.01?,PCO2 and PO2 at the end of expiration were slightly lower than those before training?P>0.05?;VO2,VCO2,VO2/HR in the experimental group were slightly lower than those before training?P>0.05?.TV was significantly higher than the control group?P<0.05?,VE and RR were slightly higher than the control group?P>0.05?,and the physiological dead zone/tidal volume was significantly lower than the control group?P<0.05?.3.After 12 weeks of core strength training, the maximum anaerobic power, average power and maximum trampling speed of the experimental group were significantly higher than those before training?P<0.05,0.01?;the maximum power and maximum trampling speed of the experimental group were slightly higher than those of the control group?P>0.05?,the average power was significantly higher than that of the control group?P<0.05?,and HLamax was significantly lower than that of the control group?P<0.05?.4.After 12 weeks of core strength training, the maximum power, average power, maximum trampling speed and HLamax of 60s anaerobic power in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before training?P<0.05,0.01?,while the maximum power, average power and maximum trampling speed in the control group were significantly higher than those before training?P<0.05?;the maximum power in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group?P<0.05?,and the average power and maximum trampling speed were slightly higher than those in the control group?P<0.05?.In the control group?P>0.05?.5.After 12 weeks of core strength training, the total flexion and peak flexion moments of the experimental group were slightly larger than those of the control group?P>0.05?,and the total extension and peak extension moments of the experimental group were significantly larger than those of the control group?P<0.05,0.01?.The total flexion, total extension, peak flexion and peak extension moments of the left ankle muscles and the right ankle joints were significantly larger than those of the control group?P>0.05,0.01?,but the muscle flexion of the right ankle joint was significantly greater than that of the control group(P>0.05,0.01 The total work and flexion moment of the left and right knee joints were slightly larger than those of the control group?P>0.05?.The total work of flexion, extension, flexion moment and extension moment of the left and right knee joints were significantly larger than those of the control group?P<0.05,0.01?.The total work of flexion, extension, flexion moment, extension moment of the right hip joints and the total work and extension moment of the left hip joints were significantly larger than those of the control group?P<0.01?,but the left hip joints of the experimental group were significantly larger than those of the control group?P<0.01?.The total flexion work and peak flexion moment of joint muscles were slightly larger than those of control group?P>0.05?.6.After 12 weeks of core strength training, the physical fitness indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the improvement was also greater than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?.Main conclusions:1.Core strength training can improve basketball players'aerobic ability by improving cardiac function and ventilation efficiency.2.Core strength training can effectively improve basketball players'anaerobic ability by increasing the average energy supply rate of the original phosphate system and the maximum energy supply rate of the glycolysis system.3.Core strength training can effectively improve the fast strength of the joints of the back and lower limbs of basketball players.4.Core strength training can improve the speed, endurance and agility of basketball players to a certain extent.
