| Objective: to investigate the effect of anaerobic ability of taekwondo athletes after 6weeks of low intensity pressure training and the traditional high intensity resistance training.The difference of training effect between the two training methods and the effect of pressure training on lower extremity explosive force were analyzed.It provides an objective reference for the application of pressurized training in Taekwondo athletes’ ability metabolism training.Methods :20 Taekwondo athletes were randomly divided into pressure group and traditional group by drawing lots.The experimental intervention was 6 weeks.The strength exercises of pressure group and traditional group were the same as squat,hard pull and bow step squat.The pressure group RM 25-35%1RM of the incremental load intermittent pressure,the pressure value according to thigh circumference.Conventional group is 70-80%1RM.Results :(1)The maximum anaerobic power in each group of the two groups was tested T paired samples.The results showed that the maximum anaerobic power of the control group before and after training was 677.3±173.6 W and 775.5±133.7,respectively.After T test,0.044<0.05 had significant difference.The maximum anaerobic power of the pressurized group before and after training was 662.8±136.8W and 759.6±134.1 after T test,there was a very significant difference between 0.009 and 0.01.The results showed that the absolute value of maximum anaerobic power in the pressurized group and the control group increased significantly after training intervention;(2)The average anaerobic power of the control group was 445.8±58.8 W and 486.2±86.9,respectively.The average anaerobic power of the pressurized group before and after training was 464.0±69.2 W and 563.6±62.6,respectively.After T test,0.000<0.01 had a very significant difference.It was proved that the average anaerobic power in the pressurized group and the control group had significant effect after training intervention.The average anaerobic power of the two groups after intervention training was tested T and the p= was 0.044<0.05.(3)The peak blood lactate values of the control group before and after training were 11.4±1.5 and12.1±1.8.There was no significant difference p=0.393>0.05.The peak values of blood lactic acid before and after training in pressure group were 10.8±2.1 and12.6±1.7.After T test p=0.003<0.01 had very significant difference.The results showed that the absolute value of blood lactate peak increased significantly in the pressurized group and the control group after training intervention.Through the T test of the peak blood lactate of the two groups after experimental training p= there was no significant difference between 0.538>0.05;(4)The maximum number of kicks before and after training in the control group was 22.4±1.7 times and 24±1.4 times.The T test P=0.011<0.05,The maximum kicking times of 10 seconds before and after intervention training in pressure group were 21.3±1.1 times and 23.4±1.1 times.The T test P=0.000.01 had very significant difference.After training(FSKTmult),the maximum value of special kick in pressurized group and control group was improved.The maximum kicking times of 10 seconds after experimental training in the two groups were tested T and the maximum kicking times of 10 seconds after training in the pressure group were 23.4±1.1 times compared with 24±1.4 times after training inthe control group.The T test p=0.316>0.05 had no significant difference;(5)The special kick decline index of the control group before and after training was 12.1±2.5and 10.2±0.9 P=0.028<0.05,respectively.The special kick decline index of pressure group before and after intervention training was 11.1±1.3 and 8.9±0.014<0.05,respectively.Moreover,the decline index of special kick ±0.9 was lower than that of control group 10.2±0.9 P=0.029<0.05 by T test;(6)Two groups of athletes before and after training intervention S-CMJ vertical jump empty height pair T test.Turns out,The S-CMJ vertical jump height of the control group before and after training was38.8±7.7 and 42.4±7.9.After T test,0.021<0.05 had significant difference.The S-CMJ vertical jump height of pressure group before and after training was 43.1±9.3and 46.5±9.8.After T test,0.001<0.01 had very significant difference.Both the pressure group and the control group had significant effect on the average S-CMJ vertical jump height after 6 weeks training intervention.There was no significant difference between the two groups p=0.343>0.05;(7)The T test p=0.005<0.01 had very significant difference.The weight of squat 1 RM before and after training was96.82±30.79 kg and 126.01±28.55 kg respectively.The weight of squat 1 RM after intervention training of the two groups was tested T and the p= was 0.089>0.05.Conclusion:(1)After 6 weeks of KAATSU training,it will promote ATP-CP and glycolytic energy supply,enhance muscle speed endurance and body lactic acid tolerance,and enhance anaerobic capacity;compared with traditional resistance training,KAATSU training is a special event for Taekwondo The improvement effect of anaerobic capacity is better.(2)KAATSU training is equivalent to traditional heavy resistance training in terms of training the athlete’s vertical jumping ability.The former is used as an auxiliary training method for the explosive power of the lower limbs of the Taekwondo event;in addition,6 weeks of KAATSU training will affect the largest muscle Power increase produces positive results. |
