Objective:Recent years, using instability devices and exercises to train the core musculature has been a very popular mode of training. Instability training is viewed by many as the most effective way to train the core; however, evidence on this topic paints a slightly different picture. Whether instability resistance training is more or less effective than traditional ground-based resistance training is not fully resolved. Since the addition of unstable bases to resistance exercises can decrease force, power, velocity, and range of motion, more research is needed to establish the effectiveness of instability training in preventing injury in sports, enhancing on-field sport performance. In order to further evaluate the Swiss ball core strength training on enhancing efficiency and low back extensors and flexors of isokinetic strength variation on the exercise capacity, this experiment observed seven weeks of Swiss ball core strength training and traditional strength training effect on the ground with oxygen and without oxygen athletic ability and low back extensors and flexors of isokinetic muscle strength characteristics of Institute of Physical Education College Students. Methods:Choose healthy28boys from undergraduates of2010physical education sports college of Shandong normal university. They were randomly divided into three groups:core strength training group (n=13), traditional strength training group (n=7) and the control group (n=8).The subjects in Swiss Ball core strength training group (n=13) did push-up and curl-up two types training on Swiss Ball (GoFit Swiss Ball,75cm), and those in traditional strength training group (n=7) did push-up and curl-up two types training on the ground; Subjects in both strength training group did exercises for7weeks,3times/week,60min/time,60s each type with2s/shot,3groups each type, a total of6groups,5min intervals between groups. The subjects in the control group didn’t do any related special training.(1) We performed Wingate anaerobic testing and maximal oxygen uptake measurement before and after training7weeks. It was respectively do the Wingate anaerobic test before training and after seven weeks by the Monark Ergomedic894E power bicycle, add load of0.083Kg/Kg weight;(2) With Monark Ergomedic839E aerobic power bicycle, indirectly measuring the maximum amount suction oxygen of subjects use the ASTRAND PROTOCAL. It is respectively proceed the descriptive statistics and the inferential statistics, with the SPSS15.0for Windows.(3) Test subjects before training, after four weeks and seven weeks back uniform back to heart the peaks flexor torque value and peak torque than weight:All the items were tested using CON-TREX TP500trunk isokinetic testing system with isokinetic ballistic gravity correction mode. Constant speed to the heart-centripetal contraction movement way, the angular velocity respectively test45(°/s) and135(°/s), each movement speed respectively under repeated6group (a total of12), computer automatic recording and save the test data by the system.Results:(1)There were no significant difference (P>0.05) in all indexes before and after training in control group.(2)In the core strength training group and traditional strength training group, comparing with the value before the training, the absolute and the relative values of maximal oxygen uptake were significantly increased (P<0.01);the peak anaerobic power were significantly increased (P<0.05).The average anaerobic power was very significantly increased (P<0.01) in the core strength training group, and it was significantly increased(P<0.05) in the traditional strength training group.(3)Core strength training group after four weeks and seven weeks the peak torque value is extremely significant difference compared with before training. Traditional strength training group after four weeks the peak torque value of flexor and extensor in45°/s in135°/45°/s has significant difference compared with training before. Extensor in135°/s has extremely significant difference compared with training before; After seven weeks of no significant difference compared with training before. Core strength training extensor peak torque weight than around45°/s have extremely significant difference, flexor around135°/s and after seven weeks significant difference; Peak torque weight than traditional strength training group flexor around135°/s has significant difference, the other were no significant differences. Conclusion:Core strength training and traditional strength training in improving human body aerobic and anaerobic exercise capacity did not differ between. Core strength training relative to the traditional strength training on improving the human body muscle group of back flexion and extension strength has significantly improved.
