Objectives of the study:By testing the indicators of athletes of the Yunnan canoe team before alternating training, after eight-week plateau training and after eight-week sub-plateau training, the data of alternating training before and after eight-week plateau training, after eight-week plateau training and after eight-week sub-plateau training, before alternating training and after eight-week sub-plateau training were analyzed, and the effects of plateau-subplateau alternating training on aerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity of Shiju plateau kayakers were analyzed.Research Methods:(1)Research object: The research object was the athletes of the canoe team of Yunnan Province, including 5 male team members and 8 female team members. All athletes completed eight weeks of altitude training and eight weeks of sub-altitude training, which was conducted at Songmao Sports Training Base(2120 meters)in Kunming,Yunnan Province, and eight weeks of sub-altitude training at Funing Sports Training Base in Wenshan City,Yunnan Province(303 meters).(2)Test indicators:gas metabolism indicators include heart rate, oxygen uptake, oxygen pulse, oxygen ventilation equivalent, tidal volume, respiratory rate and ventilation;Anaerobic capacity test indicators include peak power, relative peak power, average power and relative average power;Blood tests include red blood cell count, haemoglobin content, hematocrit, creatine kinase, urea, serum testosterone, and cortisol.Research results:(1)Gas metabolism test results: The gas metabolism data of athletes after eight-week altitude training showed that the body’s gas metabolism capacity and aerobic capacity were reduced, but the change rate was small and the data did not have significant differences, and the athletes’ gas metabolism and aerobic capacity were significantly improved after eight-week sub-altitude training, and the data changes were significantly different.(2)Anaerobic ability test results: Eight-week altitude training and eight-week sub-altitude training can improve the peak power, relative peak power, average power and relative average power of athletes, but from the perspective of the rate of change and effect size of the data, the stimulation of eight-week altitude training on athletes living in the world is small, which is manifested in the change of athletes’ anaerobic ability test data after eight-week plateau training without significant differences, while the anaerobic ability test data of athletes after eight-week sub-plateau training have significant differences.(3)Blood index test results: After the eight-week altitude training, the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin content of athletes increased significantly, but their hematocrit also increased significantly. After the eight-week sub-plateau training, the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin content of athletes increased, but there was no significant difference in the number of red blood cell data, the hemoglobin content increased significantly and there was a significant difference, and the hematocrit decreased.Athletes had varying increases in creatine kinase, urea, serum testosterone, and cortisol after eight-week altitude training, but the change in data was not significant(serum testosterone data decreased without significant differences after eight-week altitude training for female team members). After eight weeks of subplateau training, athletes experienced decreases in creatine kinase, urea, and cortisol with significant differences in data variation, and serum testosterone test data increased significantly.Conclusions:(1)From the gas metabolism data and blood test data,it can be seen that the aerobic capacity of athletes after eight-week altitude training is reduced, which is related to the negative impact caused by long-term training in highland low-oxygen environment of highland athletes. The aerobic capacity of the athletes improved significantly after the eight-week sub-plateau training, which is the result of the adaptation of the athletes to the sub-plateau environment. The plateau-sub-plateau alternating training mode is more conducive to the improvement of aerobic capacity of kayakers than single altitude training.(2)Eight-week altitude training and eight-week sub-altitude training can improve the anaerobic exercise ability of athletes, but due to the long-term training and life of athletes in plateau areas, the training environment of the plateau is difficult to cause new stimulation to athletes, resulting in the improvement of athletes’ anaerobic exercise ability after eight-week altitude training is not obvious, which is manifested in the data does not have significant differences;Athletes training in subplateau areas produced new adaptations, greatly improved anaerobic exercise capacity, and there were significant differences in data changes.Compared with single altitude training, the plateau-sub-plateau alternating training mode is more conducive to the improvement of anaerobic capacity of kayakers.
