The problem of college students' employment difficulties is a social problem that has emerged in recent years with the continuous expansion of the university.Its emergence and increasingly serious situation have aroused the great attention of the party and the government,and it has become one of the hot issues studied by ordinary people and academic circles in recent years.As one of the countermeasures to solve the problem of college students' employment difficulties,"college students' self-employment" has been increasingly favored by college students,and has also been affirmed and supported by the government.However,the dilemma faced by college students in business in reality has also attracted the attention and thinking of scholars and government departments.This paper takes college students' entrepreneurship as the main research object,"the recognition and acquisition of knowledge--the development and utilization of knowledge--the realization of resources" is the main line,based on the existing literature on exploratory learning,utilization learning,creativity,entrepreneurship education.And the study of entrepreneurial performance,examine the intrinsic relationship between the five variables,and construct a model of "dual learning-creativity-entrepreneurial performance of college students",and put forward theoretical hypothesis.This paper adopts literature research methods and empirical research methods.The intrinsic relationship between the five variables is analyzed.Through the combing of the literature,the mature scales were compiled,and the collected data were descriptively analyzed,reliability-validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS and AMOS.The theoretical model and research hypothesis proposed in this paper were verified.First of all,it is verified that exploratory learning and utilization learning have a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.Secondly,it is verified that exploratory learning and utilization learning have positive effects on creativity,and the stronger the learning ability,the higher the creativity.Again,it is verified that creativity has a positive impact on the adjustment of entrepreneurial performance.Then,it is verified that creativity plays a mediating role in the process of dual learning affecting entrepreneurial performance.Finally,it is verified that entrepreneurship education plays a regulatory role in the process of creativity affecting entrepreneurial performance.Exploratory learning and utilization learning are the premise of innovation,which determines the growth of entrepreneurs and thus the entrepreneurial performance of enterprises.At the same time,entrepreneurship education can promote the development of creativity,which can enhance the efficiency of sensing new ideas and putting into action,enhance the possibility of sustainable profit opportunities,and improve entrepreneurial performance.Then,creativity can play a mediating role through the impact of exploratory learning and utilization learning on entrepreneurial performance.Finally,in the initial stage of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship education can play a regulatory role in the process of creativity in promoting entrepreneurial performance,which in turn will ultimately affect entrepreneurial performance.In this regard,to improve the performance of college entrepreneurs,college entrepreneurs themselves should strengthen the dual learning style,and actively use the use of learning and exploratory learning according to different situations,managers should improve the current entrepreneurial education system,cultivate and promote The creativity of college students.
