Recently,the number of graduates brought by college enrollment expansion has increased year by year,and the decline in the supply of jobs caused by the slowdown in economic growth.And the contradiction between them has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,since 2015,China has vigorously promoted the “double innovation” strategy of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,and the report of 19 th National Congress has repeatedly emphasized the importance of “promote employment through entrepreneurship”.Therefore,as the difficulty of employment becomes more and more prominent,more and more college students are willing to choose to start their own businesses.According to the "China University Student Entrepreneurship Observation Report",nearly 90% of college students in China have entrepreneurial willingness,of which nearly 30% of college students have a strong willingness to start a business,and the proportion of actual entrepreneurship has also increased.Although in recent years,a large number of outstanding university entrepreneurial enterprises have emerged in the domestic market,such as “ele me” and “Mushroom Street”,the high failure rate of college students' entrepreneurship cannot be ignored.Therefore,how to improve the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship has aroused widespread concern in the academic community.When new ventures go to the market,they will face “liability of newness”.As a special type of entrepreneurs with younger age,lack of industry experience and single social network,their social recognition is generally lower than other types of entrepreneurs.Therefore,it also faces higher legality obstacles,and it is even more difficult to obtain the support of stakeholders.As a result,the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship has been low.Entrepreneurial learning can effectively make up for “liability of newness”,and is also an important way to gain entrepreneurial knowledge and form a competitive advantage,while college students have the characteristics of strong learning ability.Therefore,based on the perspective of legitimacy,this study explores the impact mechanism of college students' entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial performance,in order to enrich the relevant theories of entrepreneurial learning and legitimacy,and provide practical guidance for improving the quality and effectiveness of college students' entrepreneurship.This research mainly involves entrepreneurial learning theory and the perspective of legitimacy,based on the review of related literatures,combined with the case analysis of three college students' entrepreneurial enterprises,the theoretical model of college students' entrepreneurial learning,legitimacy and entrepreneurial performance is constructed.The research hypothesis was put forward,and the research samples were obtained by questionnaire survey.The collected data were empirically studied using SPSS 22.0 software.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)College students' entrepreneurial learning and its three dimensions can significantly promote profitability performance and growth performance;(2)College students' entrepreneurial legitimacy significantly promotes profitability performance and growth performance;(3)College students' entrepreneurial learning and its empirical learning and cognitive learning can significantly promote legitimacy,while the practical learning dimension has no obvious effect on legitimacy;(4)Legitimacy in college students' entrepreneurial learning and experience The two dimensions of learning and cognitive learning play a mediating role between profitability performance and growth performance,and there is no mediation effect between college students' practical learning and profitability performance and growth performance.On the one hand,the conclusion of this study reveals the influence mechanism of college students' entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial performance,which makes up for the lack of domestic research on college students' entrepreneurship,enriches the domestic research perspective on college students' entrepreneurship,and is also conducive to perfecting domestic entrepreneurship research theory;It provides scientific theoretical guidance for the development of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises,which is conducive to college students' entrepreneurial enterprises to sum up experience,learn lessons,and better develop and grow.At the same time,the research conclusions also provide the government,universities and other relevant departments to provide college students with entrepreneurial support and guidance.A strong theoretical basis will ultimately contribute to the strategic goal of innovation driving China's economic development.
