The expansion of the history course of Chinese colleges and universities goes back to the last century.The result is a growing number of graduates.This year,eight million graduates are expected to enter the job market.Employment issues need to be taken seriously.The report indicates that we should cultivate an environment suitable for the market.The whole plan is to pave the way for college students to start their own business.This method solves the contradiction of employment problem.The employment of college students is promoted in many ways.Relevant news points out that the more powerful relevant policies need to be fully implemented.The employment support for college students is multifaceted.College students are the new generation.The journey of self-employment is the effort of many college students.China's economic transformation is in good shape.Self-employment undoubtedly adds a new catalyst,which will undoubtedly facilitate employment.The situation was quickly uncovered by the investigation.The survival rate of college students is extremely low,and many enterprises can't survive for a long time.Such a question deserves our deep thought.It is important to solve the problem of short duration.How to improve the performance of college students? In the past,the research on entrepreneurial performance was limited to enterprises and social groups,and less involved in college graduates.Few studies have analyzed the impact of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial performance through the study of entrepreneurial education as independent variable and entrepreneurial self-efficacy as the intermediary variable.This paper reviewed the relevant literature at home and abroad effectively and found that the relationship between education and entrepreneurial performance needs to be studied.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is a good variable.The hypothesis is put forward after the introduction of the mediation variable.The relevant research model is applied.The relationship between the three is analyzed.Through the research results of the three,we have found the relevant answers to improve the entrepreneurial performance,and education is an important research direction of this paper.On the basis of summarizing a large number of literatures,this paper puts forward the theoretical model of the relationship between the three variables: education,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial performance.Enterprise education is divided into three dimensions: entrepreneurship learning,social activity and schoolsupport.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is developed as a single dimension,and survival and successful performance are two dimensions.Mainly used for entrepreneurial performance measurement.This paper studies the hypotheses about variables and dimensions,and verifies the hypothesis.In this paper,we understand the knowledge of these variables through questionnaire.The SPSS is used to verify reliability validity.The correlation can be obtained from regression analysis.The relationship between education and performance was discussed based on self-efficacy as a mediating variable.Finally,the effect of education on performance was obtained.The effects of some mediations are also verified.Based on the empirical results,this paper obtains relevant countermeasures.The development of education is one aspect.The development of education is one aspect,and improving the sense of self-efficacy is another important aspect.Taking these two factors into account can be very helpful for entrepreneurial performance.
