Entrepreneurship Education For Students Of University Start Performance An Empirical Study

While research on entrepreneurial education in universities abroad has gradually matured, entrepreneurial education in china is just taking off, teams of researchers on entrepreneurial education in many colleges unconstructed, problems of curriculum and teaching unsolved and even lacking specific study on how government and universities should perfect entrepreneurial education system.Nowadays, researches in entrepreneurial performance at home and abroad focus mainly on general entrepreneurial performance,while undergraduates'entrepreneurial performance, different from that of common enterprise, remains the domain of the fringe, especially the absence of an effective assessment system of undergraduates'entrepreneurial performance. On the correlation between entrepreneurial education in universities and undergraduates' entrepreneurship, though talked about by foreign and domestic researchers, foreign countries usually regard entrepreneurial education as"block box"to analyze the effects of it on entrepreneurial performance; at domestic, there are mainly qualitative research. No relative analysis exists either nationally or internationally that sees entrepreneurial education as an organic system to quantitatively evaluate its effects on entrepreneurial performance. Based all mentioned above, the author contributes to complementing the inadequacy of theory and authentic proof, analyzing theoretically and evidently based on samples selected according to varied degrees of entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial performance, eventually perfecting theory and providing reference for government and universities to amplify entrepreneurial education system.Specific contents include the following aspects:First, the illustration of the background, significance and content of the research topics and the reorganization and analysis of related research results at home and abroad;Second, the theoretical analysis of entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial performance. Based on conception research, the paper analyzes the concept and meaning of entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial performance systematically and respectively, and further explains the system constitutes and index decomposition of entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial performance; with the characteristics of entrepreneurs as intermediate variables, the paper analyzes the impact mechanism entrepreneurial education exerts on entrepreneurial performance, thus providing theoretical basis for the building of mechanism model which entrepreneurial education imposes on entrepreneurial performance in the following chapters.Third, experimental analysis of the effects entrepreneurial education having on entrepreneurial performance on the basis of experimental results of entrepreneurship education in the Shijiazhuang University of Economics ,by adopting methods of experiment research, to prove the mechanism and effect of entrepreneurial education having on undergraduate individuals.Fourth, the study of influences entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities having on entrepreneurial performance based on the comparison of student samples of universities of"211Projece"and"985Project"(hereafter referred to as Key Colleges and Universities) and those of non-"211Projece"and"985Project"(hereafter referred to as non-Key Colleges and Universities),by adopting analysis method of SEM and software of AMOS. The results indicate that in China entrepreneurial education is closely related to entrepreneurial performance. Perfecting entrepreneurial education can apparently entrepreneurial performance of undergraduates,Fifth, policy proposals on the improvement of entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial performance of students in China.
