In recent years,the key talents of teachers in private colleges and universities have been constantly losing due to the pension security problem,which has become a difficult problem for the development of private higher education and brought huge challenges to the management of private colleges and universities.Therefore,the supplementary pension policy for teachers in private colleges and universities has gradually become an important point for the stable development of teachers.Policy identification plays an important role in the smooth implementation of policies.The research on the policy identification of teachers in private colleges and universities is of great value in promoting the smooth implementation of policies.Therefore,this study intends to explore the status and influencing factors of teachers' supplementary pension policy identification in private colleges and universities through empirical investigation.In order to understand the extent of teachers' actual identification with the supplementary pension policy and its influencing factors,this study conducted a questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with teachers from a well-known private college in Guangzhou.Through the analysis of the data and materials obtained from the empirical research,it is found that the supplementary old-age care policy identification of teachers in private colleges and universities is at a low level.To be specific,there are still problems of low cognition,low satisfaction and low evaluation level in private university teachers' recognition of supplementary endowment policy.Further analysis shows that the policy identification of private college teachers on supplemental old-age care is mainly influenced by the factors of subject trust,procedural justice and demographic characteristics.In view of the influencing factors,this study puts forward some policy Suggestions on how to improve the recognition of pension policy by teachers in private colleges and universities from the aspects of strengthening policy publicity,improving policy texts,enhancing teachers' right of speech,reconstructing subject trust and strengthening procedural justice.
