With the continuous reform of China’s higher education system and higher education reform has become the popular, vocational college students are increasing drastically and occupying a half of Universities. However more and more graduates is confused about Employment is difficult, difficult employment. It is the focus social problem that how to improve college students employment. Under this background, we start to pay attention to the career plan. In many Western countries, the career plan concepts is highly developed, lots of people have begun to explore on their own career perspective from primary school. But in our country, the colleges will provide employment service during the graduation. It’s very limited to receive the guidance to the college students. In recent years, our country always vigorously developed vocational education. Vocational education can also be known as career-oriented education and its main purpose is to help students not only to continue learning knowledge, but also to learn professional skills. It will make the pure students changed to the complex professional worker. This paper is divided into five parts. Many of the students don’t know what they will do in the future. At the same time, many High Vocational Schools don’t do enough work.In the fourth chapter, the paper discusses the influence reasons to the students from the personal, family, college and society. It discovers that the career planning will be difference according to the different life period.In the fifth chapter, the paper provides the different ways according to the above questions. The High Vocational Schools should make the right adjustment and our society sand family should take cooperate with each other.This paper is about vocational college students career plan, the research aim is to seek vocational college students to choice correct methods and explore how to select a proper scientific guidance for students in higher vocational colleges career plan. The paper analysis the characteristics of students and status, and make the research become more targeted and practical. At the same time, we can know more career plans and their important significant. It makes the students build the proper career attitude and value attitude from encouraging the students.
