Compared with the students in other grades of compulsory education,the characteristics of junior high school graduates are both universal and special.The universality shows that the education of junior school graduates are the basic education rather than professional education;The particularity lies in the fact that junior high school graduates are faced with the choice of entrance examination or employment for the first time,instead of the choice of the former days.The importance of the first life choice for junior high school graduates makes choice crucial.How to guide junior high school graduates to correctly recognize themselves,explore the society and career,plan the development of life and live a meaningful life is the goal of career education,but also the goal of moral education.They have a high degree of consistency.It is a great significance for the implementation of vocational education,the construction of moral education and the development of junior high school graduates.On the basis of case investigation of junior high school graduates,this paper analyzes the current situation of junior high school graduates,such as the lack of cognition of career education concept,the lack of attention to development needs and the absence of education courses.Based on the analysis of the curriculum standards of moral character and the contents of teaching materials,this paper provides some suggestions on the implementation of moral character course for junior high school graduates.
