The employment of university students is a social and economic problem with continuous development and change.It attracted the attention of researchers such as education,economics,management and psychology as early as the beginning of the 21 st century.But so far,none of the above single subject categories can completely and clearly explain the problems and dilemmas encountered in the employment process of college students in China,and it is impossible to point out the feasible path of significantly improving the employment rate of college students and optimizing the employment quality of college students.Employment is the basis of people’s livelihood.Therefore,the research on the employment problem of college students should not be a closed topic in the field of education,but a challenging and interdisciplinary research topic for al.As the source and cradle of social education,normal universities have trained a large number of excellent educators for the sustainable development of education.After the establishment of the joint training mechanism between normal university students and non-normal university students in China,the employment problem of non-normal university students has gradually penetrated into the topic of the employment problem of university students.The employment direction of normal university students is clear,and the employment rate and quality of employment are significantly higher than that of non-normal university students.At present,there are few empirical studies on the specific connotation of the employment ability of non-normal university students.Therefore,based on the actual research and the research data,this study makes a comparative analysis of the employ ability and the influencing factors of the group of normal university students and the group of non-normal university students,analyzes the causes of the characteristics of the employ ability of local normal university non-normal university students.Finally,make feasible suggestions for the actual situation.This paper is divided into five parts,as follows:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly use the literature method to collect and sort out the information about the employment of non-normal university students.After in-depth analysis of the existing research,it is determined that this research is based on the employment ability of non-normal university students.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.The third part is an overview of the employment ability of non-teachers in normal colleges.This paper introduces the achievements of non-normal college students’ employ ability cultivation,the components of the employ ability of non-normal college students,and the factors affecting the employ ability cultivation of college students.The fourth part analyzes the influencing factors of the non-teachers’ employ ability in normal colleges.Combined with the survey data,this paper analyzes the components of the employ ability of the non-normal college students and the specific factors of the training approaches of the employ ability of the non-normal college students.The fifth part is counter measures.According to the previous research conclusions,from the organizational level of normal colleges and universities: the individual level of college education and non-teachers: the two aspects of individual talents propose how to improve the employment ability of non-teachers in normal colleges. |
