The Study Of The Training Of Research Ability For Physics Tuition-free Normal Students Of Normal University

In May 2007,"Measures for Tuition-Free Normal Students in Normal Universities Attached to Education Ministry ( trial)"was issued by Office of the State Council, General Education Ministry, Finance Ministry, Office of Central Institutional Organization Commission, and Personnel Ministry, declaring that the six normal universities attached directly to Education Ministry can offer free education to normal students from the autumn semester of 2007. It is universally accepted that education is the most important matter for any country in the world. In order to construct a innovative country, innovative intellectuals, through are needed. So how to cultivate them becomes the main task of education. In this process, as committers and participator, teachers'integrated quality is the central matter. The purpose for tuition-free normal students in our country is to set up an atmosphere, in which teachers and education are appreciated, make education the most respectful career, cultivate a certain number of good qualified teachers, call for the educators to build school, and encourage excellent youngsters to work as teachers in this developing society.In accordance with the requirements by reform of fundamental education, teachers should devote themselves into researches, from which new problems arise: the training of research ability for tuition-free normal students. Taking the above phenomenon into consideration, this essay analyzes the educating research ability of tuition-free normal students. However, there is no tuition-free normal students graduating until now, thus, the analysis in the essay is just conducted from the aspect of university's research ability training. The author conducted survey on tuition-free students'research ability through the university's training objective, training strategy and course arrangement. Through analyzing the differences between students'should-be and their real situation, reasons are found out. Hopefully, the findings in this essay can inspire the following researches on tuition-free normal students'research ability.
