| "Feasibility study on EDMS in the DSA in Mo ES of Laos" for the study of possibility of creating an EDMS for the DSA in order to be useful for consideration for the team,directors and executive in selecting the system by considering various factors such as finance,technology availability the need to use information technology system to help improve the efficiency of operations and the use of staff services when dealing with other division.And technology can also help organization reduce costs and can save operating costs and expenses are seen in Tangible benefit and Intangible benefit.The study included studying and finding guidelines for the preparation of technology systems and various readiness,including study attitudes and needs of staff regarding the factors that are obstacles in the preparation of the system and those related to the use of this EDMS can be used as a guideline to supply of this information to analyze and adapt to benefit,build satisfied correctly and completely.The research method is divided into 3 parts: First part is analyzed by Questionnaires Survey to study attitudes and needs of all DSA staff by studying the system that users want to have and supporting factors and factors that are obstacles to development and making system in various areas.Second part is Cost-Benefit Analysis the value for investment tangible benefit and tangible benefit planning and Third part is the study of technology and the preparation of the system for making decision.This research is a guideline for the development of the organization‘s information system accurately and systematically for organizations that are committed to the development of information system.The purpose is to enable system users and related users to be ready and set objectives or guidelines to use technology effectively and develop to work better.To increase the ability of the organization increase staff performance for develop organization in the future. |
