| As the Ministry of Education has gradually expanded the scale of enrollment and undergraduate promotion for postgraduates in recent years,according to estimates by the Ministry of Education,as of this year,the number of postgraduates independently cultivated in my country has exceeded 10 million,and the scale of postgraduate training ranks among the top in the world.As the main way for my country to cultivate high-level innovative talents,postgraduate education for master’s degree actively meets the strategic needs of the country to rejuvenate the country through science and education,and strengthens support and leadership for social and economic development.In the process of master student training,master student scholarship,as one of the important ways of talent training in universities,is of great significance to the development of students and plays an important role in the process of master student training.However,faced with a growing base of master students,the selection of scholarships is an important and cumbersome "project",which not only requires a lot of manpower and material resources,but also cannot guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the data sources,which leads to the selection The result is inaccurate.At present,there are many problems in the selection of scholarships for master students through purely manual operations in most universities,which need to be solved urgently.Based on the full investigation of the selection process of master’s scholarship in J University,this paper designs and implements an auxiliary decision system for the selection of master’s scholarship through research and analysis,which is used to help solve the problems existing in the selection process of master’s scholarship for management in universities and improve the ability of master’s research and innovation at the same time.The design and realization of the system mainly consider how to further improve the efficiency of the selection of master’s scholarship,promote the standardization,standardization and science of the selection of master’s scholarship.By strengthening the objectivity of the evaluation index of the postgraduate scholarship,the accuracy of the evaluation can be improved,and the enthusiasm of the postgraduate students to participate in the evaluation of the scholarship can be improved.In order to design and implement the assistant-decision system for the selection of postgraduate scholarship,the concrete work of this paper is as follows.(1)Design and build the system architecture,design the main business function package of the system,and elaborate the related classes and interfaces of each main function module,design the scholarship selection decision algorithm in detail,and build the selection auxiliary group decision model.Finally deduces and summarizes the system E-R diagram and database table design.At the same time,according to the business analysis and functional module design,the paper introduces in detail the implementation of the assistant decision system for the selection of master’s scholarship,and the implementation logic and effect interface of its main business functions.(2)Analyze and expound in detail the business requirements of the assistant-decision system for the selection of master’s scholarship,including the construction of scholarship type database,the construction of index database,the application review and selection.The business requirements analysis mainly explains the business processes and related use cases of different roles in the system.(3)In order to make scholarship selection more scientific,This paper analyzes the selection process and the classification of scholarship indicators,the management and selection status quo of the postgraduate scholarship,and the management status quo of the management department.According to the current situation,the existing problems are analyzed,and the starting point is summarized,which is the main demand and focus point of the development of the assistant decision system for the postgraduate scholarship selection.In this paper,we study the postgraduate scholarship selection of auxiliary decision system in the application of information management in colleges and universities can effectively reduce for postgraduate scholarship selection using purely human error,the study not only improve the efficiency of the postgraduate scholarship selection,and effectively reduce the cost of scholarship evaluation work,and at the same time to ensure the accuracy of the data acquisition,reliability,and security,and ultimately to promote the informatization management,thereby improving the quality of postgraduate training. |
