| With the growing attention paid to education in our country,voice from different fields in asking for high quality education and balanced development of education has become much louder than ever.Since the 1990 s,schools run by private groups had s tarted to emerge,but in the early stage,it mainly concentrated in the field of non-aca demic education.With the adjustment of national strategy and policy,the adoption of Two child policy,the development of corporate running pre-school education has been flourishing,and this mode has also shown a trend of diversified forms including inte gration,franchise,light assets and so on.However,due to the lag of management pra ctice,the quality of education has declined,the loss of teachers is serious,and negati ve incidents occur from time to time.By using the theory of scale benefit manageme nt,system optimization management and brand benefit management,taking Shanxi Sun shine Education Group as a typical case,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and re flection on its organizational structure,operation mode,asset management mode and h uman resources management mode to explore its inherent problems.,Through this rese arch,the management level for this kind can be developed through management innov ation,weakening “homogenization” management,improvement of human resources man agement system and establishment of special corporate culture.This paper also puts fo rward some suggestions on the establishment of information management model and b enefit sharing mechanism in the future.Hopefully,the gap between Shanxi and develo ped areas in terms of pre-school education can be reduced.We aim to strengthen regi onal characteristic and give full play to Shanxi’s well-known preschool education grou ps acting as leading roles to realize the coordinated development of scale,quality,effi ciency and public welfare of education groups,to form a source of high-quality brand power,and lastly to create a new sample of local education group in Taiyuan,Shanxi. |
