With the continuous strengthening of Chinese economic strength,our society has entered the era of highly competitive knowledge economy.The increase in the proportion of each family's investment in education shows that spiritual and cultural consumption is indispensable in household consumption.This shows that the family and society pay more and more attention to education and the demand for education is also more radical and diversified.Private education is becoming an indispensable part of the domestic education industry.Over the years,it has developed rapidly.The rapid development of private education has also led to the incandescent competition of talents.To gain an edge in the growing competition,the focus is on having a core workforce.In this context,the organization needs to develop a new human resources management model to accommodate the changing strategic objectives of development.This paper first makes a survey of the current situation of human resources management in YL Education Group,and summarizes a series of problems existing in human resources management based on the survey data analysis.For example,human resources planning lacks scientific guidance,performance evaluation has no practical incentive,and employees lack career planning.This paper starts from these issues to improve the human resources management system of YL Education Group.The first thing YL Education Group wants to change is the past human resources management methods and establish a human resources management system based on competence.This paper not only makes its own suggestions for the construction of a suitable competency model for YL Education Group,but also simulates the construction of a competency model for children's English teachers.This article hopes that human resource management based on competence can providing new ideas for YL Education Group,so that the Education Group can build an excellent core staff team.
