After the leapfrog development of career education,specialized colleges are shifting from extension expansion to connotation construction and starting to shift the focus of work to improving the management level.Performance management,as an important part of college management,is still at a low level,which is also a common problem in junior colleges.Under the new situation,the performance appraisal system of teachers in vocational colleges is not adapted to the development goals of colleges and even deviates from them.It is an important problem that needs to be solved to explore the teacher performance appraisal which is suitable for the characteristic of junior college.This paper takes the performance assessment of teachers in JZ vocational schools as the main research content,and explores the deep reasons through the status quo of school assessment.Performance appraisal should be flexible in organizations of different systems.Only by understanding the core meaning of performance appraisal can performance appraisal be done well.However,due to the solidification of the school’s administration and other factors,this point has not been paid much attention,which has led to doubts on the scientific nature of the assessment system and the rationality of the assessment results,and the work cannot be carried out smoothly.Through research,it is found that only fundamentally changing the concept,governing the school with the concept of scientific management,respecting academic power,and realizing teachers’ self-value can help to give play to teachers’ creativity and executive ability,and realize the leapfrog development of the school from improving teacher management to improving education teaching level.China’s junior college education has been developed relatively late,and the social recognition of professional education is not high.There are not many papers and books on the improvement of the junior college level,and there is no general theoretical guidance.Based on the research of the excellent foreign vocational education concept,and domestic experts and scholars of book learning,combined the actual position of hospital development,organizations of various work based on the strategic guidance,using key performance indicators KPI analysis institute,determine index weight with AHP,consulting related experts and scholars,and college leadership and adjust examination system,realize the value of performance appraisal,the overall improve school running core competitiveness,to achieve great progress inject new vitality,promote the school a good college.
