At present,China's education structure is in the process of further optimization and improvement,especially in recent years,the vigorous development of higher vocational education shows a high quality,high efficiency,high speed of good state.As the core of higher vocational colleges and universities,the introduction and training of teachers has become an important management aspect of each institution.Performance management has been widely used as a mature human resources management measure in the world.For the management of teachers in vocational colleges,the teaching work,scientific research work and social activities of teachers directly determine the level of development of colleges and universities.Therefore,from the perspective of the sustainable development of vocational colleges and universities,it is the direction that management must pay attention to to to effectively stimulate teachers'enthusiasm for work and enhance teachers' professional level and professional quality.This paper takes Anhui Vocational College of Press and Publishing as the research object,introduces the basic human resource strugcture and current performance management model of the college,and studies the problems and deficiencies in the teacher management work of the collee with the basic theory and measures of performance management.The corresponding optimization scheme is put forward,and the guarantee measures for effective teacher performance management are put forward.Firstly,the paper introduces the research progress,significance and purpose of teacher performance evaluation at home and abroad,puts forward the basic research framework of this article,and second,clarifies the basic meaning and common methods of performance and teacher performance.Thirdly,the present status of the performance evaluation of the research subjects,namely Anhui Press and Publication Vocational and Technical College,is introduced and analyzed.Fourth,according to the existing problems,it has been optimized in terms of evaluation standards,program design,subject definition and weight design.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding measures from the aspect of ensuring teachers performance evaluation.It is hoped that this can provide reference for the improvement of the performance evaluation system of vocational colleges and universities in China,and provide some help for the improvement of the management level of vocational colleges and universities in China.
