Teacher performance appraisal implementation is the main approach to manage in universities.The level of university management relys on the ability to assess the teachers' work performance,which to some extent determines the competitiveness of universities.In the increasingly fierce competition in domestic and foreign universities,colleges' standardized management increasingly becomes more and more important today,and university teacher performance appraisal is becoming more difficult.At the same time,university teacher performance appraisal is an important part of deepening the reform of the personnel,and it is related to the quality and quantity of personnel training.Therefore,it has become an important topic to build the system of teacher performance appraisal,improve teachers' quality and improve the implementation of college's strategy.Yinchuan energy faculty index system of performance appraisal guarantees the implementation of assessment and is the key of performance appraisal,so this study on Yinchuan energy faculty performance appraisal has important practical significance.This paper analyzes the current situation of Yinchuan Energy Institute faculty,characteristics and performance assessment,and then analyzes all sorts of shortcomings and problems which exist in the teacher performance appraisal.On the basis of the foregoing analysis,it provides some scientific,rational and quantified suggestions.This paper studies the full-time classroom teachers,combined with work characteristics,and it provides 16 comprehensive assessment indicators that involve research capabilities,teaching ability and the ability of other work,and builds the hierarchy of qualitative indicators using AHP,and then gives the grade,so the assessment can be greatly enhanced.Meanwhile,according to the assessment criteria,it classifies the grading assessment,reducing the assessment of randomness.According to the assessment indicators and assessment criteria,it studies Yinchuan faculty performance appraisal and assessment results,then designs the relevant assessment form and makes measures.Based on the relevant theories of human resource management and management,this paper establishes a more complete dynamic evaluation index system,and designs new assessment indicators and comprehensive assessment of the content.Results of this study to establish Yinchuan energy faculty performance appraisal System will give the college some guidance and improve faculty performance appraisal,and also has a certain reference value for other higher education schools to carry out similar work.
