Since 2015,Ningxia began to carry out innovative literacy education in primary and secondary schools.By 2018,innovative literacy education has been carried out in all primary and secondary schools in the region,and has made some achievements.With the advent of the Internet era,innovative ability has become an indispensable key ability for students.It is an important way to cultivate talents to improve students undefined innovative thinking and innovative ability in the stage of compulsory education.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad,this study obtains four dimensions of students undefined innovative literacy in compulsory education stage through self-designed evaluation tools,and investigates the development of innovative literacy in primary and junior middle schools in Yinchuan City.The full text mainly uses the literature analysis method,the field investigation method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to carry on the research,altogether divides into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,problems,significance,objectives and content.The second chapter introduces the related research at home and abroad.The third chapter is the description of research design and implementation,including the formulation of research scheme,the construction of investigation tools,development and implementation,and the determination of data calculation and processing methods.In the fourth chapter,the appropriate methods and processes are selected to process the research data,and the development status of each section in each dimension of innovation literacy is analyzed.The fifth chapter finds out the problems existing in the process of cultivating students undefined innovative literacy in the stage of compulsory education in Ningxia,and traces back to the origin of the problems from the social,school,family and teacher levels to put forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement.To sum up,the implementation of this study not only makes a preliminary exploration for Ningxia to carry out all-round innovation literacy education,but also makes preparations for the evaluation of students undefined innovation literacy development level.It also provides a reference for other areas to carry out similar evaluation,and has very important research significance and value.
