The book "Chinese Cheng Zhong Private School's Word and Descriptive Text"was published in the late Qing Dynasty.The book is not only a Chinese textbook,but also a dictionary of the Chinese language.It not only contains a large amount of Chinese traditional cultural,but also introduces Western advanced scientific and cultural,and expands the content of textbooks through exquisite illustrations,and strengthens the practicality of textbooks.The concept and content of the book is very instructive in transforming the traditional teaching methods of classical Chinese,which is in line with the trend of attaching importance to the study of classical Chinese words and cultural since the implementation of the new college entrance examination.This article will be based on the H Word and Descriptive Text and the current high school Chinese material,through comparative analysis,examine the application value of"Word and Descriptive Text" in teaching classical Chinese in high school.Summarize its enlightenment significance to the teaching of classical Chinese and talk about its practical application of classical Chinese teaching in high school.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly includes the purpose and significance of the topic research,the literature review of the research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the necessity of the application of the "Word and Descriptive Text in teaching classical Chinese in high school.By analyzing the shortcomings in today?s classical Chinese teaching and the characteristics of the selection of the "Word and Descriptive Text,we can find that the teaching content and concept in the "Word and Descriptive Text make up for the shortcomings of the current classical Chinese teaching.The third chapter is about the relationship between the "Word and Descriptive Text"and the knowledge of high school Chinese textbooks.Through statistical analysis,it is found that most of the texts and literary common sense in high school textbooks and College entrance examination's questions can be found in the "Word and Descriptive Text,it is not only make up for the missing areas in the textbooks,but also provide corresponding help for students to study the exams.The fourth chapter is the practical application of the teaching concept and content of the "Word and Descriptive Text" in teaching classical Chinese in high school.The author starts from two aspects of Chinese character teaching and Chinese character system review.From the aspects of teaching and memorizing Chinese characters,cultural common sense,systematic literary vocabulary review and important precautions,the application value of the "Word and Descriptive Text" in teaching high school classical Chinese by using specific examples.Finally,the requirements of both teachers and students are also applied.The fifth chapter is a recommendation and summary.
