As the rapid development and wide application of information technology and the Internet, the degree of social informatization is becoming high,the concept,meanings, methods and models in the field of education are affected by this background. Although we have obtain a certain degree of development in educational informatization in our country, some problems still exist:unbalanced regional development, especially in rural areas, lack of guarantee system and the development of information technology mechanisms is inadequate.According to the spirit of China's education development planning and modern educational theories,on the basis of the relevant research in domestic and foreign educational Information,this paper analysis the present situation and requirement of education informatization in remote mountainous areas in primary and secondary education with Maoba town, Lichuan couty, Hubei province as the research target. The research method includes observation, questionnaires and individual interview. On the basis of analyzing the exciting problems of education informazitation, this paper puts forward some strategies and proposals to promote the development of educational informazitation in rural's primary and secondary educationThis paper consists of six chapters which are as follows:Chapter 1 Introduction.focuses on the research background, significance of this research, some related research status at home and abroad and research methods.Chapter 2 This paper mainly expounds the concept and connotation of education informatization, method, security system, resources construction, development course.Chapter 3 Enshi education in rural primary and secondary schools information present situation investigation and analysis. All aspects of the investigation respectively, level presents the status of informatization of education in rural primary and secondary schools, and analyzes the existing problems of various kinds.Chapter 4 the case study of Informatization in rural primary and secondary education.
