With the development of the "Internet +" era,great changes have taken place in the way of education and teaching.Mobile learning,online learning,blended learning,ubiquitous learning and other new learning methods are gradually emerging.In order to adapt to the development of The Times,the country promulgated the corresponding informationization policy to promote the reform of college education and teaching methods.In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the construction and application of online open courses,actively followed up the identification of "national high-quality online open courses",vigorously created "gold course" and eliminated "water course".Driven by the national policy,the construction of online open courses has made remarkable achievements.Although the construction scale of online open courses is getting larger and larger,high-quality online open course resources are still relatively deficient,the teaching content structure of courses is relatively simple,and teaching strategies are lack of innovation,richness and integration.Teachers with professional disciplines of knowledge,but not familiar with in the construction of online open courses,the lack of the guidance of the related theory,also the lack of corresponding technical guidance,fight alone,not form a comparison system science development pattern and so on,this to a certain extent affect the online open course construction efficiency and application effect.This research mainly through literature analysis at home and abroad and the research status of open courses online,online open course construction and development present situation,explore the primary teaching principle and relevant theory on the course construction of suitability,aimed at applying the principles of primary teaching guidance "instructional system design" online open course design and development of resources.This paper contains the following parts research work: first,through reading a lot of literature to understand the research limitations and development trends of online open courses at home and abroad;Focus on the analysis of the first principle of teaching in the guidance of online open curriculum resources of the feasibility and necessity;Secondly,it summarizes the three basic principles and five key elements of curriculum design.It designs the development process of online open curriculum resources of teaching system design.Finally,the course resources of "teaching system design" are applied to practical teaching,and the course examples of the application of course resources are analyzed in detail.Through the questionnaire survey on the use of course resources and combining the learning behavior data of the course platform to analyze the application effect of course resources,the problems and deficiencies in the course resource construction and use were summarized.The research shows that the primary teaching principle can guide the design and development of online open curriculum resources,promote the construction of online open curriculum resources,and improve the efficiency of curriculum resource construction,curriculum application effect and student participation.The development mode and process of online open curriculum resources constructed in this study can provide a reference for front-line teachers to build online open curriculum.However,this study only focuses on one course,and further exploration and practice are needed for the universality of other courses.
