Research On The Selection,Index System Of Open Online Courses In Fujian Universities

Since the first year of MOOC in 2012,MOOC and its derivative online courses had gradually concerned by the domestic and international educational circles.In the country,with the strengthening of teaching reform in colleges and universities,each college or university has increased the investment in open online curriculum construction in recent years.In 2015,the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Application and Management of Open Online Courses in institution of higher learning"(Professor of Engineering[2015]No.3)which clearly put forward the necessity of formulating an Open Online Courses evaluation system.In 2016,the Educational Department in Fujian Province began to formulate the system of construction and management of the Open Online Courses in the province.In July and August of the same year,117 courses were selected according to the preliminary selection of Open Online Courses' selection criteria,which were approved to declare the first batch of excellent Open Online Courses and gradually put into teaching formally.This paper takes the selection process of the first batch of excellent Open Online Courses in Fujian province in 2016 as the specific research stage,and takes the existing index system of Open Online Courses selection in Fujian province as the entry point of research.Based on the literature analysis of online education field and method of evaluating index,reconstruct exploratorily the suitable selection index system of Open Online Courses in Fujian province.Mainly analyze the evaluation method of the selection stage of the course.Review the evaluation data,summarize the shortcomings of the selection index system,modify it,and finally verify the effectiveness of the reconstructed selection index system in solving the problem which has been found.Formulate the scientific and clear Open Online Courses selection index system in universities in Fujian Province,which aims at reasonably checking the curriculum quality and teaching plan before the course put on the line,so as to lay the solid foundation for teaching reform and providing high-quality teaching and sharing resources for the college students,which provided the references for the selection of online university courses in Fujian province,and also hope to offer some references to the domestic provinces when they carry out the selection of online courses.
