In the image age,image,as a medium for people to know the world,is affecting people's life and learning in an unprecedented way.Image,with its advantages of image,verisimilitude and stimulation,influences people's reading psychology,reading mode and reading habit.In 2017,the ideological and political curriculum standards for ordinary senior high schools issued by the ministry of education of the People's Republic of China clearly put forward that modern information technology should be fully utilized to expand educational resources and space.Visualization as one of an important symbol of modernization of education,into the thought political lesson classroom,can change the traditional ideological and political education on the space and time limit,further enrich the thought political lesson teaching material and the way,is the important content of the reform of the modern education concept,in line with the high school thought political lesson of the discipline characteristic and the rule of students' physical and mental development.Therefore,in the high school ideological and political teaching,the use of image resources will inevitably provide the most real and effective practical basis for the reform process.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly elaborated the topic selection background,the significance,the domestic and foreign related research present situation as well as this article in the writing process USES the research thought and the method.The second part analyzes the definition of iconization,iconization teaching and the principles to be followed in iconization teaching.The third part analyzes the favorable influence of iconization on ideological and political teaching in senior high school and the problems existing in the application of iconization in ideological and political teaching.The fourth part is the focus of this paper,starting from the favorable influence of image on ideological and political teaching and the problems existing in the application of image teaching in ideological and political classes in senior high school,and putting forward some specific strategies for the teaching effect of ideological and political teaching.It includes four aspects: constructing the course text of image teaching with educational value,improving the skills and methods of the subject of ideological and political course to read and use pictures,creating the teaching situation of ideological and political course with pictures,and assisting the teaching mode of ideological and political course with pictures.
