| A comprehensive understanding of social,economic,technological and other phenomena in real work and life,which requires the collection and analysis of a large number of multi-dimensional indicators and data reflecting the characteristics of the phenomenon.We often encounter the phenomenon that we need to describe with multiple indicators.Multivariate statistical analysis is the most effective theory and method to deal with such problems as multi-dimensional data and indicators.Multivariate statistical analysis is an important theoretical branch in statistics.It takes multivariate normal distribution as the premise and assumes that it is mainly a comprehensive analysis method to study the relationship between multivariate random variables and reveal the inherent statistical law of multivariate random variables.The second chapter of this paper introduces the knowledge of multivariate statistical analysis,such as cluster analysis,factor analysis and so on.The third chapter takes multivariate normal distribution as the premise.The theory of multivariate statistical method uses R language and related statistical software as a means,combines various indicators of the development level of various regions in Shanxi Province,uses factor analysis and cluster analysis to summarize three common factors affecting the comprehensive development level of various regions in Shanxi Province,determines the score of the factors and their comprehensive ranking,makes relevant explanations,and gives comprehensive scores of 11 regions in Shanxi Province.Cluster analysis is carried out,which is objective,comprehensive and true to evaluate the comprehensive development level of various regions. |
